I am not Jewish but grew up during the war (83 now) we had so many Jewish friends among many other cultures and I cannot even put into words the grief and heartache through the years from seeing the terrible prejudices and anti semetic slurs and slanders from people I loved. So you support Ben's comments of wiping out Hamas? How exactly would that be accomplished? You can never win this war. The more Palestinians you kill (inadvertently) the more Hamas you recruit from the next generation of Palestinians. Hate begets hate. Ben is obvoisuly biased being a devout Jew. We can respect that but need to acknowledge his bias. I'll also point out Ben, anti-Trump, pro-Ukraine war and pro-jab (including jab mandates). He's on the wrong side of history with those 3 especially the gene therapy mandates.
Kanye West has bipolar disorder, the most common cause of suicide, so if the entire entertainment industry is going to obey Ari Emanuel's command that Kanye should not get any more business, and Candace doesn't want to lose her friend to suicide, Candace is wise not to comment. Let's also just ignore the ethnicity of the guy (Emanuel) who called for Kanye's industry ouster, shall we?

Yes, I was uncomfortable with her support of Tate, which was clearly not well researched. Then there was her defense of Kanye’s antisemitic tweets. She didn’t even acknowledge his mental illness, which would have been a more balanced stance than blindly defending him (cause he’s her friend). Lastly, she did another story where she completely misquoted the study she was referencing. I knew then that she was doing subpar research for her stories.
Candice turned on Trump, Ben and others. I stand with Ben. She also said during her last pregnancy that the hospital did not wanted to let her take her baby home. Said she wanted to leave after a couple of hours and she felt harrassed. Mesage to Candice, she is not that important. You really get to know who your friends are when the real issues of life come.
Ben is emotional , but Candace has kinda changed. She’s gotten very arrogant, and frankly her attitude looks bad - whatever her political beliefs. They need to sit down and hash it out privately
We are all discovering she far dumber than we thought she was. As she's very young, so in 20 or 30 years her intellectual prowess will be diminished even further, though I suspect in 3-4 years we will have all forgotten about her, because after she leaves DW, she'll make a big splash and fizzle quickly.
I agree. I used to like her but I can see her change as well and I no longer follow her because of it. She’s starting to remind me too much of Charlie Kirk, who she partners with at TP, so it doesn’t surprise me. I don’t follow him any longer either. I think they’ve let fame get to their heads and both have big egos. They’ve lost the real reason of their messages.

Ben is a very intelligent, Jewish man, which is not rare in the Jewish community might I say. I’ve seen Candace say things, that I would call into question as far as her being a true conservative. I think deep down, she has some real racial issues herself.
Who knows, maybe she's been wronged by Jewish people. Jews tend to alienate other ethnicities. I love Jews, and how they take care of their own first. If my black people were like that, they won't be the least race in America.

As someone who has walked away from the left/liberal side, I am almost amazed at the self destructive ways of the Conservatives. Nobody beats a conservative better than a fellow conservative. This shit is embarrassing.
Yup, I see many that for some reason do it, in my opinion, just to tear the big guy down to help them get bigger. I can't stand when some on our side act like the Left and put words in peoples mouths to make themselves look better. This is why I think Dan Bongino is the best because he doesn't do any of that crap unless VERY warranted if he has to call someone out because we are all on the same side and have different takes on things.

I totally agree. I can’t get over how incompetent the GoP and RNC have become. While this party is running on fumes we don’t have the luxury of infighting. But I will say, Candace Owens needs to grow up. She starts problems with everyone especially her own colleagues and allies on the Right. Including Megyn Kelly. She has been a snake in the grass to Ben. And then Charlie Kirk stood up for HER to Ben. Guys can be clueless sometimes to these things sometimes. There is no easy answer to this Isreal issue. Different opinions are ok... What's embarrassing 9s the lefts open support of Hamas. Ben wants war and money. Candace wants the US to stay out of it. An emotional response to a tragic event should NOT be used to send the US to war. But thinking we all have to be united on this issue is silly.
They are human first, emotional, fragile and prone to reacting to violence and criticism. They are political well after that. This has nothing to do with what you choose to follow politically it has to do with what they just spoke about the horrors of an attack by depraved humans and the emotional side comes out. I think the attribute that has always bothered re: Candace Owens is her inability to admit mistakes/ apologize. Ever. I believe that is what’s biting her in the butt now.

Then she tweets a Bible verse that appears to imply that SHE is being persecuted and it ends referencing one can't serve both God and money. Which in her context appears to be her jabbing at Ben, a Jew, about money. It seems very clear to me that Candice was provoking Ben. And it seems clear to me that Candice purposefully is refusing to reasonably condem Hamas and support Jewish people. And I think this is based in her closeness with Kanye and his antisemitic views, which she may have adopted to some degree but won't admit.

No one is saying that Candace shouldn't have an opinion, but choose your battles wisely, especially on social media. Candace has yet to learn how to be humble, especially since she says she is a Christian. I sadly agree with you, Megyn. As someone who has almost always appreciated Candace's viewpoint on current issues, I have observed that something has changed about her during the past few months. Her comments have become so strident that I don't even think she is able to have a respectful conversation with someone of a different viewpoint without being arrogantly condescending. I hate that because I've always considered myself a big fan of hers. I'm hoping that it can be blamed on the stress of her pregnancy and that soon she'll snap out of this. Regarding her lack of respect for what Israel experienced on 10/7, I can think of nothing that could excuse her for that. Right now, she's just not who I thought she was.

Your Chinese MIL is likely very old. My grandparents are similar but by my parents' generation, they no longer feel strongly about this. In fact, my parents' generation (now around retirement age) admires Japan. War time action by the Japanese on the Chinese is really not the same as the current situation.

Well, I watch all 4 of your shows. I have to say that I've noticed Candace has picked up a ton of Muslim fans. I understand her pursuit of free speech, but she is radically close to sounding like an antisemite.

Agree she is greatly overestimated. Ben and Jeremy probably know they would be accused of various bigotries and most likely sued for wrongful dismissal. I recommend watching the discussion between Candace and Ami Kozak - a Jewish Comedian. I wont go so far to say that he cleaned her clock but I do think he clearly won the debate. There are parts in the discussion where Candace was absolute cringe. I was particularly disturbed by her lack of concern about the possibility of a second Holocaust. I really liked what Megyn and Dave said in this clip. I do remember Ben saying, on the Monday after the attack, that he had just barely flown from Israel back to the US, and was recovering, and his friends in Israel were telling him about the atrocities. In this circumstance, it wasn't Candace that went looking for a fight. She was looking for a bit of balance in what little she has addressed with the war. Ben, perhaps understandably, won't allow any balance. Ben, though, is or should be perfectly capable of allowing Candance or anyone to pursue a more nuanced and balanced understanding. He's guilty of what those on the far left too often do, and that is to push back and go too far in the opposite direction.

I actually though candace was not a great fit for the daily wire. I agree with her on many things but she comes across too preachy and holier than thou.
