    Buckin I NEVER want to hear you apologise for showing emotion ever again!!. don't you know we LOVE YOU for just being you. I'm a 43 year old disabled guy from Australia 🇦🇺 and I don't watch your channel just to learn about falling trees and power saws, I watch your content because I RESPECT the man you are and the life lessons you teach the world. So please don't forget those dark times because it's a part of you that's important to making you the man you are today. LOVE WINS every time my friend.

    Buckin no need to apologize for the tears it shows true humility compassion and kindness for a man to even ask if you're gonna be OK financially. And if I must be honest tree work is very humbling work some of my most deepest life-changing decisions and thoughts of forgiveness kindness grace and mercy come to me when I am doing wood tree work whether it be splitting felling climbing or all of the above. Out of all the work I have ever done tree work is probably no not probably is the most humbling work to me.
    You've been a inspiration to me love ya brother.

    Best video of yours I believe I've seen so far, Buckin', because I wasn't distracted by you this time, without speculating why, and it made me feel more at ease. Only you can say if you felt more at peace or maybe you tried a different approach, but whatever it was, I loved it. It almost watched itself. No pun intended. No joke. It is totally fine for a man to feel emotion, but I guess men don't want to compete for who can cry the hardest on camera, when it gets to be hard to talk about talkin' about it, if you know what I mean. How do you get beyond the emotion ? I guess you'll figure it out when you need to badly enough. I don't think anybody minds one way or the other. It wasn't the emotion that made or broke the video, though. It was just the production value and the way it somehow made me forget I was watching. Seriously high quality editing decisions there. It inspires me.
    By the way, I absolutely loved the switch-up on the theme music with it coming at the end. Fantastic stuff. Anyway, have a good one.

    I just bought a second Splitfire wood splitter a few weeks ago. Split hundreds of cords with a 3265 but its bulky for odd jobs off the farm so I got a 2265 . My mother figured she would give it a try and sliced her thumb off. She's split wood before just wasn't used to the return split system. Watch your fingers...

    I must admit, I don't understand why you wouldn't extend those stabilizer legs, even if it was just the one on the log lift side. The more stable the better! Secondly, most of the time it seems that you are still using the splitter as an axe substitute rather than taking advantage of that very wide splitting wedge. Put a log under at the 1/3 point, split it, slide it to the side and split again at the 1/3 point. Rotate the log 90 degrees and again split at the 1/3 points. It gives you the most pieces of firewood for the fewest piston strokes. That one round you put on that splitter was absolutely HUGE!!! That would have been a challenge to get up to that splitter with out that lift. 😧

    • @JT--XL365
      @JT--XL365 2 года назад

      that's what I was thinking. he would be more efficient doing it another way or having a 4 way wedge on it, but if he likes doing it and doesn't mind the work then more power to him. firewood is all about efficiency and handling it the fewer times as possible.
