And then only 10 (!?!?!?) visits with an psychologist or psychiatrist? I watch this YT channel, Coffeehouse Crime, an American born, but English raised and based gentleman that does true crime... and now I understand why, when he does cases in UK, these people didn't get the mental health help they needed. Raoul Moat asked for help, and he never got it.

In the case of both of those pills you mentioned, definitely not good. Diazepam is dangerously addictive. It should only be given in the most incredibly small prescriptions and only in very specific cases. And sertraline is a truly nasty drug that I and everyone else I know who's taken it only got SO much worse from it. Seriously, sertraline should just be done away with entirely. That shit turned me into an absolute wreck when I was already struggling. And I don't know a single person who has taken it and said good things of it.
