First song is cover of Heart's song. And second is Liv Moon's, but i don't know who composed it, but maybe Akane Liv and Tatsuya Nishiwaki.
The Second songs is called Shizuka Na Kizeki and it's from LIV MOON album "GOLDEN MOON" (2010).The studio version also has the Syu solo
