Im a huge fan of this plane, but im always so dissapointed that the final parts of the testing isnt ever talked about. When they got into the final phases where they could go to crazy angles of attack, they had a presserized air bleedoff into the nose that could generate a vortex that would pull the flow of air over the nose to the left or right in full control, like a vertical stabilizer that was made by a puff of air. You can find declassified papers talking about it, but they essentially proved the concept would work and then the rest of the info on it was classified. Funnily enough, its supposed to be tech that has made it over to the f22 and the f35, but is still classified for those planes. No it isn't. Even AI generated content needs people to manage and fix it because AI ultimately doesn't understand what the user wants from it. If you look into how AI is being used, you'll see its quality is not reliable. This is why the best AI content are often made with a lot of editing. This is comparable to normal CGI.
