    Great video, thank you for this! I have been reading about spotify's health metric check for last few days and it seems like this is truly the way to go in terms measuring the team health metrics, however I am wondering about your opinion on who should set the health indicators ? Should it be done together between the facilitator and the team ? What would be the right exercise for defining that ? Do you have any example exercises/questions which could help with defining that ? I am very lost and stuck with what would be the right approach to defining those indicators. Thank you

      Thanks for watching. Well there’s quite a lot of questions available to use from the Spotify model or other sources. I suggest starting with the Spotify model and presenting it to the team, if they agree on the questions, you can experiment for the next few sprints and adapt if required.
