We traded our Coachmen Leprechaun 260DS for our 2024 Navion 24D. Everything we had in our outside storage on the Leprechaun fit in the outside compartments on our Navion. The big compartments on the Navion have a pass through. The wardrobe in the bathroom has a removable floor that opens up the outside compartments to make one big compartment. The big windows in this coach has the optional dual pane acrylic windows. You don’t need to remove the cushions when you put down the bed. There is small storage under the seat of the couch. There is an induction burner along with one LP burner. It comes with solar panels and you can upgrade to Lithium batteries. You can also get the optional auto leveling. My Navion has all the options and we love it. In fact, we love it so much, I now sell them.
The Journey has stolen my heart ❤ I have been looking and looking all over ever since I saw a video one night. Could never find one. We were at the show and had the pleasure of seeing it in person. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely a future diesel contender. And love you Matt & Andrea 🥰
Andrea, you make me lol. When you were opening up the window and then you put down the screen you said because you don't like bugs but yet you have the door wide open lol.
Hi Matt and Andrea! My dislikes are the bunk over cab and the tv placement. And the storage door outside should be a swing door. My likes are the dinette, the storage and counter space. Thank you Matt and Andrea!
We love our Navion (we have the 24J model) !! Matt, you always forget to show the massive storage under the dinette seats!! Also, when we first looked at the Navion I honestly didn't think we would ever use the foot rests on the dinette but they are sooo nice!! It is so comfortable to sit back like Matt was!! The quality of the Navion is fantastic and driving the Mercedes is wonderful!! I will say I never ever thought I could drive a motorhome but it is super easy, if I can drive it anyone can!!
OMG💥the murphy bed sofa with the theater seating seating “option” for that humongous diner booth dinette is a perfect combination that provides a comfortable seating area for couples who do not go to bed at the same time👍👍👍but what’s with the $180,000 plastic toilet😩
This is the best floorplan for the Sprinter chassis for most people. However, for us, we're looking for a "ski bum" floor plan and cold weather off-grid features. The 24R fits that bill much better.
A lot to like and the "D" is my favorite floorplan. A huge kudo to Winnebago on the two burner induction/propane cooktop as gives a choice and they are the only ones in the industry as most are going to single burner induction which can be an issue if you have a pacemaker/defribulator and the EMF field induction generates. Medtronics say maintain 2' distance, where Abbott Labs indicates not an issue. Not dislikes - but issues 1) plastic toilet. 20 lb difference with porcelain. Despite the low OCCC, I think we can splurge. 2) 825 lb OCCC. First, congratulations on from the 700 lb range I saw in 2024 models, but low OCCC is a Mercedes fact of life as is the 4220 towing capacity. Matt was correct with lighter towing lighter vehicles but for a different reason. There are 6 vehicles manufacturer approved as a TOAD in the 3500 lb range which gives you a 700 lb excess to match the 4220 and it doesn't affect the OCCC. Basic weight management - if you are 200lb over OCCC, you can move it and additional equipment being left behind to the car which can handle the load, dropping the OCCC back to 825 while not exceeding the 4220 lb combined weight rating. That leaves out the fan favorite 4300 lb Jeep Wrangler that you are overweight with a box of kleenex in it, much less supplemental braking equipment, and of course no option to transfer excess OCCC which puts you even further overweight. 3) Winnebago - between model years do the manufacturing unthinkable - alter the production line, and it is no more apparent than in the View/Navion. While I noted "D" was my favorite, the well extablished "D", "J" and "V" are unchanged while the new "T" and pending "R" (introducing debut at FL Supershow???) correct the shortcomings of D, J, and V floorplans. Outside storage bays swing out rather than up. Also while interior decor is OK, it is becoming dated with the curved cabinets and most competitors are doing it, vs the angular design in the newer T and R floorplans. Also, while you are at it as you build your own furniture, sit in at least 2 competitors and see what a difference softer foam and slight overstuffing does. Simple adjustments in manufacturing to improve the product.
The table has a handle underneath that tightens the table top swivel. It was very tight that’s why it made a noise. If you loosen it, it won’t do that. The table comes off the post, the post is then removed and the table then drops to make another bed.
Matt and Andrea... another great video and you both look great. I have a question...does the CCC include people? If I stop by your booth would it be ok for me to film? #mattworld
Thats a C!!!! We have one. It's always been a C!!! B+ has a full van body. C's have a cabover. Super Cs have a semi truck front end with AIR BRAKES. Those are the definitions
Those windows are a recipe for disaster every time you have to open and close them in bug season😂😂😂what happens when you close the window and there are 100 black flies clinging to the back of your shade😳😳😳
@greghayes2787 I know, and hundreds of bugs get on the screen, so when you close the window, you can't open the screen without the bugs entering the RV👍
How much money is actually saved by using a plastic toilet or is it to save weight? Whatever it is it’s not worth it…. Every 5th wheel I have owned has always been porcelain.
The cargo capacity is horrible. If you put just 30 gallons of water in that thing, you've reduced your cargo capacity to 500 lbs. Hope you, you dogs, your clothes, and food, don't weigh much.
It’s criminal to sell and RV with such low CCC. 1/3+ of that will be taken up with people. Pack some clothes. And the RV essentials and you’re at the limit.
Maxxing out your CCC once in a while isn’t a great idea, but when you max it out every time you leave your house, you’re asking for, and you are going to definitely have problems!
@@cp1699 Grand Design just went through years of frame failure that they claim may have been partially due to overloading the RV. There are thousands of people who have bent their RV axles by exceeding their CCC, or burned up transmissions in motor homes. They list CCC for a reason😁
Dislike: no outside TV, microwave location, omg msrp is laughable and the bunk area over the cab should just have cabinets for storage. Like: Benz, probably better MPG than larger motorhomes, kitchen counter space, pantry,

I have zero interest in ever owning or even using an RV, but I love watching you guys!
Ha! Same here! I have been watching faithfully for a few years. Even bought a PPP keychain. Keep doing a great job Matt and Andrea 😎😀🤩

I would replace the plastic toilet with porcelain. If that wasn’t possible, no deal!
@ But……….you shouldn’t HAVE to, because it should have been porcelain in the first place🥳💥🥳💥🥳
I slept in a bunk-over that small when I was like 10. It's no big deal.
Very nice. Has great storage on the outside. Just wish it had some drawers in the kitchen counter. Good price.

Awesome RV. Hope You both enjoy the show and I hope You do well during the Show.
Great intro to the new Navion.
That is a Class C RV, and I love anything Winnebago. Classic brand.
Спасибо за видео и за вашу работу Matts
Can't wait to see you next week at the Quartzite show.
Looking good guys, love your videos. Ericka and Joaquin✋💕

I’ll be there tmrw!
the irony of the propane quick connect is that you can't even carry a grill with that CCC
Be lucky to even carry 3 people!
Go Matt go. Boogie on down😂😂😂😂😂.
07:11 🎶Everyone's farting🎵😂
Good job on the weight loss !
This is cool 😎
Me, my dogs, and my sewing machine. That’s all I could carry with that CCC. No water of any type or any fabric to sew .
Will you do the video tours of thr RV show in Florida?
So the table squeak is standard equipment? :)

Why do they put the generator on the camp side? Makes no sense.
When did Tampa overtake Hershey for largest show?
Dislike (major) has to be the CCC.

Just be sure to sell it by 60-70k miles before that tiny 2.0 high revving turbo diesel goes bye bye!😮
Those windows are a recipe for disaster every time you have to open and close them in bug season😂😂😂what happens when you close the window and there are 100 black flies clinging to the back of your shade😳😳😳
There is a scene that pulls down from the top of the window. Nice part is they can stay open in a light rain.
