There is an anime, but it doesn't hold a candle to the original game, which you can now buy on Steam for $27-something ($25-something on sale). You can also buy it on Mangagamer, but idk how much it is there. If you really don't wanna read a lot, I'd suggest at least reading the manga, which is STILL better than the anime.

Such banter are interrupted when all of them got the letter read by Maria of the Golden Witch Beatrice, who apparently Kinzo passed a contract with in exchange of gold and that’s is how the Ushiromiya are currently so rich. In exchange of the gold, she now going to take back everything that’s belong to the Ushiromiya. Then people are dying one after another in gruesome crimes scenes. Is the witch real? Is she the one killing all the family? What would be the alternative solution if it’s not magic? That is what Umineko is about, surface level speaking. If you have any other questions, I can answer. The guy confronting her will be Battler, the guy on the pic in the video.
