Bear in Mind Danai is a Tony nominated Playwright of a decade. Marvel did not have to train her. She would protect her own plays and stories as they were performed on Broadway long before entering Marvel world. Marvel probably said nothing to her because she played the "no spolier" game well lol. LOL. Yes Andytis so excited like Toom I 100% agree about the comparison to Tom lmao.

They aren't as fun as they use to be in interviews, but I am still here for it.
It's to be expected I think. They aren't surrounded by the base family - it was their long-term relationship on and off set that brought the joviality in older interviews. This is a new group, they worked together for like half a season's worth of time. Not nearly enough time to form the type of bond we've seen before.

Definitely think this will be a definitive end for ricks story and he will end up at commonwealth by the end. With all this talk of limited series and obligation to “finish the story” and “final chapter”
They didn't deny that there wouldn't be a Season 2 when they were asked. So that seems possible right now.

Andrew Lincoln has loose lips and little care to keep things a secret and he’s been all over the place saying limited series etc. also I don’t believe reviewers or anyone have been allowed access to the final episode which must mean something big big. There’s not even a synopsis or title released for it. Also Dana apparently convinced Andrew to come back. So if he took convincing I doubt he’d stay around for long. I don’t think he hates the show I just think he’s older and over it. Things just aren’t the same anymore. Could be wrong tho just my speculation

I wonder how long we have to wait for this big reunion. Because I feel like it needs to happen soon. Dead City gets a season 2, Daryl Dixon is apparently getting a season 3 unless those rumors are false. So I'm worried if it's gonna take years for the big reunion to happen, and I hate to say it, but the cast isn't exactly getting younger.
As I understood these spin-offs were initiated as limited series, which I why I hope they won't get anymore than 2 seasons. Otherwise the story will become too drawn out like the All Out War arc in season 6, 7 and 8.
Daryl Dixon already had a weird season 1 finale, where he actively chooses to stay with Laurent and Isabelle who he's known for about a week, after being giving a direct route home to the United States. Instead he abandons the search of his long lost friend, who means so much to him, and all the people at home that cared for him - including Judith, for these people he has known for such a short time.
That just seemed completely out of character for Daryl, and was an unfitting plot.
They need to reunite these characters, and find some proper way to end it with all these characters.
To “finish the story”? Is this season the whole season and the last time we’ll see Rick? 😢
Most likely yes. I wouldn't expect Andrew Lincoln to continue on as Rick for 20 years
Doubtful it will be over yet. I think they will announce a season 2 and then later on, a big crossover series to close the franchise out with Andy and everyone in it
@@themarcshark When Andy and Danai announced TOWL in 2022, Andy did say "I can't wait to get my cowboy boots back on and get the band back together." Danai had to remind him of the love story having to happen first. Just like in this interview, we know how how bad Andy is at almost giving spoilers (at this point, it's the only thing giving me solace for more Rick, and hopefully more Michonne too).

Ok so to save yall from a underwhelimg reunion here we go:
Michone and Frodo are out in the middle of fk all no where, and hear this helicopter coming. So Frodo has this tripod thing hes rigged up with home made rockets and basically deploys it like RPG and shoots down the chopper. A few CRM soldiers survive the crash n hop out and start shooting.
Anyway because you know, plot, the CRM soldiers have storm trooper aim and get absolutely bodied by Michone and Frodo with his RPG backpack tripod launcher thing.
Michone goes around just slashing everyone up and then smacks a CRM soldiers arm and sees its a metal arm, dude takes off his mask and helmet and its Rick. Everyone gasp.
Hes all 'im not with them but you gotta pretend we dont know eachother, oh and I gotta pretend capture you. I gots a plan.'
Oh and Frodo gets smoked in a cheap fashion because he served his plot purpose.
