Best cage yet! Every cage I have seen for turbo R’s and Pro R’s are either completely flat on top or very plain. By far the best cage I’ve seen for this body style and my favorite can am crew cage so far, nice work!

Looks good brother but I would loose the sharp points in the bed. That could cause some serious damage to a eye. It would suck heading to the cooler in the back to grab a drink then just trip and impel yourself in the face.
We have, we don’t want one ourselves but would love to have one added to the crew. We just don’t know anyone that can ride with us full time. Jason has a pro r and when his schedule allows he rides with us.
I do worry you said he was adding light bar later. He will have to remove the cage without removable windshield bars to remove the dash to access his stuff.
Jessie love the cage. It could be a option to offer others add couple bungs on the lower bar for access on the pro models. Good work man and great videos. Next time you come to wellsville maybe I’ll catch ya.
1-3/4 is the standard size for roll cages. 2” and over actually have many regulations that limits utv in certain races or in koh standards. It opens the doors for running standard rzr mirrors or any clamp style mount etc.
What yus useing to do the radius have seen yus do that have seen a roller around yus shop thought yus might have a different way of doing it or something

Looks solid! What’s your tube bender setup?
The bender is home made. Built after a jd2 I believe. We use swag offroads set up to radius the tubes and we use Woodward fabs notcher.
Hey Jesse, are you keeping measurements for this? I could definitely see people ordering the cage unassembled. And yeah...there all your favorites.
Btw get a look at the brakes and hubs and stuff on that beast. Built for battle

You won’t have to remove the cage. You can put wires down through the rubber covers or just unbolt and lift up the front.

We use a mandrel bender with 3 dies to run it through for our radius. It’s at a local shop that we have access too.
How do you guys get that radius in those tubes?
