Does this scanner need to be connected to internet all the time to work at all? What if you go for a ride to view live data, would you have to set up your phone as a wifi access point for the scanner?
No. Just needs WiFi to update our send reports. Doesn't have a battery so you need to plug into OBD port or a USB port for it to turn on. This video is weak. Shows very little of the features, and nothing of the strengths and weaknesses.
I have this for gm how to reset the engine light with this scanner like usual book it came with is useless has all info I already know and nothing I need to know and I'm a mechanic so I'm used to using these
@@kingbolen_officialhi, can you check if it can reset Lambda in a om642 engine. It is a 08 ml320 cdi. I replaced the oxygen sensor, I guess the lambda need a reset, I am currently getting 0 for the lambda. Thanks!
How I knew it was in km? When I do the conversion from the six figure number that showed up on the report the exact odometer reading in miles is the result…

I keep getting my odometer reading in km… I changed the settings to Imperial but it keep defaulting to km

Our product can only be changed so that the device reads imperial and cannot change the reading units on the customer's vehicle.
