I SHIFTED THIS NIGHT BC I TRIED TO DO MY OWN METHOD, BASICALLY, I START IMAGINING MYSELF INTO A RANDOM DR WITH THE PERSON(S) THAT ARE THE CLOSEST TO ME IN MY DR AND THEN I "TRAVEL" INTO DIFFERENT RANDOM REALITIES UNTILL AT ONE POINT I GO INTO MY DESIRED REALITIES AND AFTER A LIL BIT OF TIME I SHIFTED, I FINALLY DID IT AAAAAAAA (I THINK IT MAYBE WORKS BETTER IN A LUCID DREAM)
If you need motivation, the first time I shifted was when I was an antishifter and I was trying to prove that shifting was not real to my friend. I was in shock. it was like the 2nd time I tried. Same 😭 I daydream 24/7, constantly add things to my scripts, listen to subliminals every day…but as soon as my head hits to pillow? I say an affirmation or two and go to sleep. I feel like I’d shift if I actually tried one good time. But I can never bring myself to 🥲
I mean... a few ppl could lie but im not stupid. Not everyone lies so shifting HAS TO BE real... i dont think there could be anything holding me back now. Im at peace with shifting and im ready to go now
Absolutely!! And let me tell you I minishifted twice. And as someone who has vivid dreams, has lucid dreamt before, experiences a lot of sleep paralysis, and has even astral projected I can tell you that you can distinguish the difference immediately and shifting as a phenomenon in itself is completely separate! And just knowing that gives me a lot of motivation
yes!! and think about this: why would people lie about one thing for hundreds of years? why would communities upon communities of people rise up to tell everyone about it, why would people write books about it, write songs, write documents, speeches, get tattoos of it? why would they do all of these things if they weren't real? surely not everyone is lying about it, because if they were, why would so many people spend their lives manipulating others into believing it?
I've mini shifted once. I was laying down, listening to the void method two years ago I'm pretty sure. While I was laying there and listening, I LITERALLY FELT SOMEONE HUG ME. That's been my only motivation in the past 2 years.
Also the fact that unlike a lot of other world religions, people who lie about shifting have nothing to gain from it. It's not a form of control or scamming people into buying something or whatnot. There is literally no benefit for people to lie. It's just "hey there's this cool thing I did you can try it if you want"

To those permashifting to a better cr, and as one of you all too, I am telling you it's real! I "mini"-shifted to a better cr a few days ago. It was my first time shifting and I could clearly tell it's not a lucid dream, I actually realized I shifted as soon as I opened my eyes. But then I didn't ground myself and woke up in my cr. That doesn't matter anyway, I know now it is truly real, and I would permashift successfully.

I’ve been on my shifting journey for around 3 weeks now and I’ve had SO many almost successful experiences so if your struggling on having motivation just remember any night could be the night you shift so NEVER give up
i haven’t attempted to shift in like 2 months but out of the blue i have the desire to do it again. i used to try to shift as escapism but my life has gotten significantly better since my last shift attempt. like past me DREAMED my life would be like this. i think i partially manifested this life, but i worked for it too. anyway, i have the sudden desire to shift again. this time i simply want to shift because shifting is fun. the whole process is super interesting and fun. scripting, meditating, shifting, actually being in a dr. i finally feel in the right place to handle going to another reality. reality shifting is a way to experience new things and have fun. some nights i sort of manifest things that happen very quickly and part of me wonders if manifestation is shifting and i’m simply shifting into a similar reality with whatever i manifested. some things are simply doing the right things with the right mindset but other times i will manifest something and it’ll come completely out of the blue. i trust the universe will guide me to the right place and what is right for me will be mine. setting intention is really important to me. even just saying affirmations while meditation like ‘what is right for me will be mine’ and ‘i am letting go of what does not align with my best life’ helps. things become clearer and i realize certain things are right or wrong for me. i am going to revisit my old scripts tonight or write one and attempt to shift. or (because im tired) i’ll simply do a meditation relating to shifting. perhaps i’ll try to do a very small shift. in the past i’ve shifted to a reality identical to my cr except it was raining there. i’m just in the mood for shifting.
Hello Reya. I've been trying to shift since last year and I finally did! Well it was just for 2 minutes but a shift is a shift! I was in a hyper lucid dream and told myself to stop moving, sit down and meditate! So I sat down and closed my eyes and simply kept calm. No expectations, no forcing to go to my DR etc. Just plain meditation. Then a bright red light started appearing from the right side of my eye that looked like veins, then my vision became super bright, as bright as the sun! I opened my eyes and I was in my alternate DR (a retired billionaire version of myself). I was so shocked that I used my hand to slap the wall (my hand hurt!) and then I slapped my own face to make sure I wasn't dreaming! So yeah the shock is real lol! Anyway your video has pretty much answered my question on how to handle the shock when you shift! Will try the various grounding methods the next time! My practices are meditating with Binaural Beats (I use both the Monroe Gateway Tapes and just plain binaural Theta wave beats) 20 - 30 minutes a day (not regularly enough tho), Pranayama / Breathwork, and also just daydreaming about my various DR's. I will put more meditation into my daily routine! Thank you Reya for making this video!

Idk if it's a success story but anyway 😂 When I was 3 I shifted to a random reality and I clearly remember the soup I ate there and the place I was laying on. Fast foward to when I was a pre-teen, we didn't have shifting (as we know now) back then and I used to shift to books I liked through meditation and intention. For me was a way to get high without the drugs, because I felt EVERYTHING the character I was went through, the taste of the food and all the emotions and stuff
I THINK I SHIFTED! (but not to any of my drs). Okay, so I decided to doing Reya’s reprogram your mind to shift process (I’ve tried it like 4 times by now) and this was 2 days after the 4th day. Last night was just planning to use the hypnagogic state method, but I was too tired and disinterested in waiting for myself to get into that state. So I decided to just go to sleep. I had multiple dreams that were long and vivid, so I naturally went lucid (but I couldn’t control anything, like I tried to change the colour of the floor but I couldn’t (whenever I have lucid dreams (I usually never have control anyway)). Whenever I do become lucid I get really impatient and start trying to shift. I decided to do the sinking method (when you become lucid in a dream you lay down on the floor and affirm that you have shifted to your dr/wr). When I was affirming I kept on messing up my words though, I was trying to affirm “I have shifted to my waiting room”. I felt strange symptoms like I was phasing through the floor. I woke up in a bed that looked like a bed that I used to have in a place I used to live. The room was really bright (I usually script that once I have shifted I see really bright lights as a way to signal that I successful shifted, therefore I can open my eyes). I opened my eyes to see girls from a k-pop group called Twice waking me up (they aren’t apart of any of my drs, but I know their names and some of their songs). It felt like we all really knew each other, like they knew that it was unusual for me to be the last person to wake up in the morning and they knew that I took really long when taking showers so they all decided to have one before I woke up. The girls also spoke perfect English (I usually script that everyone speaks and understands English in my drs). There were two girls who I interacted with the most, Momo and Dahyun. I thought to myself that, “I wouldn’t mind staying here for a while” but then I saw a bunch of dirty football shoes and jerseys which lead me to remembering that we play football on Saturdays (which I knew was tomorrow). I personally don’t have any desire to play football, and I was like “hell naw” and shifted back here.
Idk where to write this but: I've been taking a break from shifting and now that I'm back, I've been seeing 1111 and 111 everywhere, like I barely look at clocks but each time I did it was either 1:11 or 11:11- and seeing 111 likes or comments, 111 roads, and in general. The number 1 has always been my favorite since I'm an 11 in numerology and I was born on the 1st. This is a big sign, and I feel so good about this! I wish you all luck and progression in your journeys- actually no, I hope you all shift right away on the next attempt you try.

Im not sure if i can call it a full shift but one morning i was really tired but felt motivated so i put on a subliminal and went to take a nap, like 20 to 30 minutes into the subliminal and affirmations i literally felt the place shake as if i was in a train compartment (it was my hp dr in hogwarts express) so i hear the train ratteling on the tracks and i hear someone gasp to my right. Mind you i was alone in the room. So of course i opened my eyes but not in the right time and was in my room again. 😕 But it was progress i think.
I plan on visiting Final Fantasy VII Remake/Rebirth reality as a half-Saiyan (Warrior-race from Dragon Ball Z), half-Cetra (ancient race from FFVII), for the Saiyan powers and potential, the hybrid potential and the Cetra's spiritual abilities, including the ability to communicate with the planet itself and to pass on knowledge of choice through physical contact ie a tap on the shoulder. If i find it hard to fit in there without telling them im from another world, the Cetra ability would be handy there :P

I remember back in 2021 or 2023 I was trying to shift to bnha. I forget which shifting method I was using but Ik it was one of alinures old videos, anyways I way laying on my bed and on my tummy, many minutes into the method I finally felt sleepy and was ready to say "awh fck it Ima sleep" then decided not to. I kept listening to the method and counting in my head until I felt my upper body slowly sink into the bed, like thru my pillow then the bed sheets and finally the mattress but before I could even shift I woke up becuz that whole feeling weirded me out. Ps: I stopped attempting to shift long ago but I love listening to shifting stories.
I don't really know how to explain my journey, but I have been a shifter for about 4 years now and no luck. I have gotten CLOSE to shifting several times but never made it out of fear but genuinely, I been binging your videos and you make me feel so much comfort and not scared to shift. I haven't felt connected to shifting in about a year and after finding you I feel like I did when I first discovered shifting; THANK YOU!!!!!!
I used one of my own methods and i have never been closer ... I call it the glass method. Basically, your cr self is looking down at your dr self through a glass floor. Your dr self is in the position you are currently in in cr. As your cr self takes in all the details of your dr's clothes, surroundings, etc, the glass your cr self is on slowly breaks, and when you feel close, it shatters and you cr self combined with you dr self.
Mini shifting for me means shifting only one or two senses and for a short period of time. First time i minishifted, i heard a sexy whistle and i freaked out. i thought my house was legit intruded by a thief , panicked and woke up. i saw the roof i think but it was so blurry
I will update this when I shift. I have had so many close attempts including felling tingling limbs, feeling like I’m leaving the world behind ect. I’m so excited to shift.
I just wanted to say that I had a VIOLENT shifting dream. whenever I dream of flying, I feel shifting symptoms, that's how I figured out my method is the best for me. So as I was saying,I had a dream I was flying around and had such strong shifting symptoms it was scary, I didn't shift but this always happens, I get these STRONG symptoms during dreams and then wake up confused what the weird aah dream even meant

I wanted to add that if you shift to your DR (desired reality), you can also script while in your DR about what timeline you shift back to in your OR (original reality) such as when you have a certain possession or to where you are able to shift realities with a lot more ease. Your OR also isn't your OR. You live in all realities and any reality can be your OR including 'fantasy'. You are simply used to this one but don't actually have to stay. Don't feel bad if you choose a different reality to be your OR. It is your right to choose just like how you chose to be here but stay sane in your choosing. Be sensible and healthy with this as if you choose a different reality, your body here as some might say would die or assume a different consciousness - you may never be able to return so will have to shift to a timeline that is similar but not the same if 'you want back in'. This means you can stay at Hogwarts for the rest of your life and if you die you may not return still. You may not even have the memories of here anymore. Also to those who have a desired reality, remember that a desire is already yours as it manifested you before you were even conscious of it, you simply have to choose whether you want to accept it as yours and shift there. If you desire it, it's already yours. This is law. You can make your entire own reality or base one off a movie, show, anime, book, etc and still change a lot of canon. Depending on how you go you may not be able to change events unless you directly influence them while there. Happy and safe shifting everyone.
Don't forget to script that you have a power/ ability that forces you to stay and ground you in the reality you shift to and can undo it. Alter this to your needs and the reality that you shift to. This can stop you from accidently shifting back.
It basically like manifesting. Once you make the decision that you are going to shift and really believe it, it’ll happen. We just gotta reprogram our subconscious!

I have been trying to fully shift for about 4.5 years now and have mini shifted a few times. I need help with a recent revelation I had- First of all, I don't want to be forcefully positive. I do believe I can shift and that I will eventually, but I am taking longer than most and recognize that I must be doing something wrong. I am a chronic daydreamer, and my biggest 'hobby' as a teen was to 'script' myself into fictional worlds and imagine very elaborate stories of waking up and living in those worlds. I've at some point as a kid also tried to 'shift' without knowing what that is by using what I now know as the pillow method a few times. I also recall using the Peter Pan method when I was 11-12 because I wanted to go to Neverland as a kid and had a strange incident where I thought I astral projected but now I am guessing it was a mini shift. I think the problem I have is that I am so used to daydreaminging so vividly that I cannot fathom or visualize that I can actually shift. I tried to not make playlists or script much to counter this but I have gotten no progress. Being a long-term shifter, I've done A LOT of research, both spiritually and scientifically, and I've also tried a lot of methods, including your reprogramming one. I also tried taking a break (the longest was about 3 months)- so now I am lost in what I can do next to help myself. I'd really appreciate some advice
i’m in the same exact situation. my motivation fluctuates a lot, but after trying and believing for so long, it just gets tiring. i wonder if it’s even worth trying anymore… 😞
@@leqm98 It is very hard to persist, I agree. I think it's okay to not always have high motivation or belief when it comes to long-term shifters like you or myself. When you get excited about shifting again, maybe you can go for it with a renewed mindset/heart. I think that's what breaks are all about.

Ik your probably never going to read this but that first guided meditation you showed i kid you not i discovered it one day and shifted. It was a random afternoon and i had just finished my script and laid down put in the meditation and literally shifted in like 15 minutes. When i opened my eyes in my dr i was so surprised cause they just flew open and i saw my dr mom for like a few seconds and shifted back cause it was so disorienting. I LITERALLY LOVE AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT MEDITATION I STILL USE IT AND IM GETTING CLOSER AND CLOSER. anywhoo love u have this virtual hug 🫂
i really dont know why im saying it here, but i minishifted on accident when i was around ten, im 13 now and im trying to shift intentionally with an awake method, but i just wanted everyone to know that accidental shifting is 100% proof you can intentionally shift, ill update when i get back from my first intentional shift!
Another little motivation for you all. When I was shifting one night (with Reya's meditation as well), I went in and out of my DR for a little. My smoke alarm in my CR room has a green light and is near my door. However, when I was shifting, my smoke alarm was flashing red and was right above my head. I think I could have completely shifted, but I freaked out because I realized I saw the smoke alarm in my DR 😭
hey reya, i just wanted to let you know that i got really close to shifting!! I was using the falling method imagining my dr self jumping off of a cliff and falling, there was an ocean below me that i would land in. But, to shift there, somebody from your dr has to save you from falling. Once you know youre in your dr you should feel a tug, i mistook my leg jerking as a tug and opened my eyes too soon. But i just know if i didnt open my eyes i would be at my dr right now!! :)
Just few days ago I actually tried to shift! It was the lucid dream method and it almost worked, but I couldn’t open a portal and woke up after trying to😭 and yesterday when I was thinking about shifting and my dr I started getting symptoms! I think this is a sign that I’m close😊
Hello Reya, If you can please take some time to read this. I have been trying to shift for 3 years, so far without success. I have now taken a shifting break, almost 8 months, because I was so desperate. But I'm starting to think more about my DR again and how much I want to be there. I've tried reprogramming my subconscious with your video. I have also read a lot on a scientific level and tried many methods. Nothing has helped. Something inside me just screams "You can't do this!" even though I really, really believe it. My subconscious is so annoyed and averse to the subject of shifting and spirituality that I don't know what else to do. Especially because my conscious mind is so convinced of everything. I really want to shift, I want to put in effort but I don't know how anymore. I have already tried the reprogramming thing and really believed in it, but it didn't work. Please Reya, if you know how I can get any further, please please help me!
This is gonna sound shitty but getting a job actually motivated me to want to shift. I’ve been super into basically anything ppl don’t believe in. (Psychic abilities, theories, hidden history, shit like that.) My coworkers had stories of their friends doing telekinesis and how they blew chunks after managing to move a pen so I figured I’d give it another shot this weekend while I’m off 👍🏼😎
I had a horrible fever once and that’s the first time I shifted, I woke up crying and I even told my parents about it because I was just so shocked I finally did it. (It was only a mini shift but I was there for about 5 minutes)

Something I do is I script a switch word in case I go to the wrong reality. Just like your safeword brings you back to your cr, a switch word can help you get to the right dr (This is just something I usually script. I haven't shifted yet, so idk if it works, but hope it helps💕💕)
I shifted four years ago when I was a beginning shifter. I was struggling with stuff in my life and wanted to escape my reality. The world I went to wasn't anything epic but I was with the person I liked. And I looked different. I haven't been able to shift since than sadly. At that time I got so shocked I woke up right away. I'm wondering if I can't shift now because of that? Because I forced myself to shift. What can I do to shift again? I'd rlly appreciate any tips I can get. ❤ Also, when I was younger I had a lot of spiritual and supernatural experience. I fully believed that if anyone could shift it would be me. So I think that played a big part in me being able too. Obviously with how much struggle I've been going through I've lost a lot of that confidence.

If you need motivation, the first time I shifted was when I was an antishifter and I was trying to prove that shifting was not real to my friend.
I was in shock. it was like the 2nd time I tried.

Absolutely!! And let me tell you I minishifted twice. And as someone who has vivid dreams, has lucid dreamt before, experiences a lot of sleep paralysis, and has even astral projected I can tell you that you can distinguish the difference immediately and shifting as a phenomenon in itself is completely separate! And just knowing that gives me a lot of motivation

I've mini shifted once. I was laying down, listening to the void method two years ago I'm pretty sure. While I was laying there and listening, I LITERALLY FELT SOMEONE HUG ME. That's been my only motivation in the past 2 years.
Also the fact that unlike a lot of other world religions, people who lie about shifting have nothing to gain from it. It's not a form of control or scamming people into buying something or whatnot. There is literally no benefit for people to lie. It's just "hey there's this cool thing I did you can try it if you want"

To those permashifting to a better cr, and as one of you all too, I am telling you it's real! I "mini"-shifted to a better cr a few days ago. It was my first time shifting and I could clearly tell it's not a lucid dream, I actually realized I shifted as soon as I opened my eyes. But then I didn't ground myself and woke up in my cr. That doesn't matter anyway, I know now it is truly real, and I would permashift successfully.

I’ve been on my shifting journey for around 3 weeks now and I’ve had SO many almost successful experiences so if your struggling on having motivation just remember any night could be the night you shift so NEVER give up
i haven’t attempted to shift in like 2 months but out of the blue i have the desire to do it again. i used to try to shift as escapism but my life has gotten significantly better since my last shift attempt. like past me DREAMED my life would be like this. i think i partially manifested this life, but i worked for it too. anyway, i have the sudden desire to shift again. this time i simply want to shift because shifting is fun. the whole process is super interesting and fun. scripting, meditating, shifting, actually being in a dr. i finally feel in the right place to handle going to another reality. reality shifting is a way to experience new things and have fun. some nights i sort of manifest things that happen very quickly and part of me wonders if manifestation is shifting and i’m simply shifting into a similar reality with whatever i manifested. some things are simply doing the right things with the right mindset but other times i will manifest something and it’ll come completely out of the blue. i trust the universe will guide me to the right place and what is right for me will be mine. setting intention is really important to me. even just saying affirmations while meditation like ‘what is right for me will be mine’ and ‘i am letting go of what does not align with my best life’ helps. things become clearer and i realize certain things are right or wrong for me. i am going to revisit my old scripts tonight or write one and attempt to shift. or (because im tired) i’ll simply do a meditation relating to shifting. perhaps i’ll try to do a very small shift. in the past i’ve shifted to a reality identical to my cr except it was raining there. i’m just in the mood for shifting.
Hello Reya. I've been trying to shift since last year and I finally did! Well it was just for 2 minutes but a shift is a shift!
I was in a hyper lucid dream and told myself to stop moving, sit down and meditate!
So I sat down and closed my eyes and simply kept calm. No expectations, no forcing to go to my DR etc. Just plain meditation. Then a bright red light started appearing from the right side of my eye that looked like veins, then my vision became super bright, as bright as the sun! I opened my eyes and I was in my alternate DR (a retired billionaire version of myself).
I was so shocked that I used my hand to slap the wall (my hand hurt!) and then I slapped my own face to make sure I wasn't dreaming! So yeah the shock is real lol!
Anyway your video has pretty much answered my question on how to handle the shock when you shift! Will try the various grounding methods the next time!
My practices are meditating with Binaural Beats (I use both the Monroe Gateway Tapes and just plain binaural Theta wave beats) 20 - 30 minutes a day (not regularly enough tho), Pranayama / Breathwork, and also just daydreaming about my various DR's. I will put more meditation into my daily routine! Thank you Reya for making this video!

When I was 3 I shifted to a random reality and I clearly remember the soup I ate there and the place I was laying on. Fast foward to when I was a pre-teen, we didn't have shifting (as we know now) back then and I used to shift to books I liked through meditation and intention. For me was a way to get high without the drugs, because I felt EVERYTHING the character I was went through, the taste of the food and all the emotions and stuff

I THINK I SHIFTED! (but not to any of my drs). Okay, so I decided to doing Reya’s reprogram your mind to shift process (I’ve tried it like 4 times by now) and this was 2 days after the 4th day. Last night was just planning to use the hypnagogic state method, but I was too tired and disinterested in waiting for myself to get into that state. So I decided to just go to sleep. I had multiple dreams that were long and vivid, so I naturally went lucid (but I couldn’t control anything, like I tried to change the colour of the floor but I couldn’t (whenever I have lucid dreams (I usually never have control anyway)). Whenever I do become lucid I get really impatient and start trying to shift. I decided to do the sinking method (when you become lucid in a dream you lay down on the floor and affirm that you have shifted to your dr/wr). When I was affirming I kept on messing up my words though, I was trying to affirm “I have shifted to my waiting room”. I felt strange symptoms like I was phasing through the floor. I woke up in a bed that looked like a bed that I used to have in a place I used to live. The room was really bright (I usually script that once I have shifted I see really bright lights as a way to signal that I successful shifted, therefore I can open my eyes). I opened my eyes to see girls from a k-pop group called Twice waking me up (they aren’t apart of any of my drs, but I know their names and some of their songs). It felt like we all really knew each other, like they knew that it was unusual for me to be the last person to wake up in the morning and they knew that I took really long when taking showers so they all decided to have one before I woke up. The girls also spoke perfect English (I usually script that everyone speaks and understands English in my drs). There were two girls who I interacted with the most, Momo and Dahyun. I thought to myself that, “I wouldn’t mind staying here for a while” but then I saw a bunch of dirty football shoes and jerseys which lead me to remembering that we play football on Saturdays (which I knew was tomorrow). I personally don’t have any desire to play football, and I was like “hell naw” and shifted back here.

Idk where to write this but: I've been taking a break from shifting and now that I'm back, I've been seeing 1111 and 111 everywhere, like I barely look at clocks but each time I did it was either 1:11 or 11:11- and seeing 111 likes or comments, 111 roads, and in general. The number 1 has always been my favorite since I'm an 11 in numerology and I was born on the 1st. This is a big sign, and I feel so good about this! Im not sure if i can call it a full shift but one morning i was really tired but felt motivated so i put on a subliminal and went to take a nap, like 20 to 30 minutes into the subliminal and affirmations i literally felt the place shake as if i was in a train compartment (it was my hp dr in hogwarts express) so i hear the train ratteling on the tracks and i hear someone gasp to my right. Mind you i was alone in the room. So of course i opened my eyes but not in the right time and was in my room again. 😕 But it was progress i think.
I plan on visiting Final Fantasy VII Remake/Rebirth reality as a half-Saiyan (Warrior-race from Dragon Ball Z), half-Cetra (ancient race from FFVII), for the Saiyan powers and potential, the hybrid potential and the Cetra's spiritual abilities, including the ability to communicate with the planet itself and to pass on knowledge of choice through physical contact ie a tap on the shoulder. If i find it hard to fit in there without telling them im from another world, the Cetra ability would be handy there :P

I remember back in 2021 or 2023 I was trying to shift to bnha. I forget which shifting method I was using but Ik it was one of alinures old videos, anyways I way laying on my bed and on my tummy, many minutes into the method I finally felt sleepy and was ready to say "awh fck it Ima sleep" then decided not to. I kept listening to the method and counting in my head until I felt my upper body slowly sink into the bed, like thru my pillow then the bed sheets and finally the mattress but before I could even shift I woke up becuz that whole feeling weirded me out. Ps: I stopped attempting to shift long ago but I love listening to shifting stories.
I don't really know how to explain my journey, but I have been a shifter for about 4 years now and no luck. I have gotten CLOSE to shifting several times but never made it out of fear but genuinely, I been binging your videos and you make me feel so much comfort and not scared to shift. I haven't felt connected to shifting in about a year and after finding you I feel like I did when I first discovered shifting; THANK YOU!!!!!!
I used one of my own methods and i have never been closer ... I call it the glass method. Basically, your cr self is looking down at your dr self through a glass floor. Your dr self is in the position you are currently in in cr. As your cr self takes in all the details of your dr's clothes, surroundings, etc, the glass your cr self is on slowly breaks, and when you feel close, it shatters and you cr self combined with you dr self.

Mini shifting for me means shifting only one or two senses and for a short period of time. First time i minishifted, i heard a sexy whistle and i freaked out. i thought my house was legit intruded by a thief , panicked and woke up. i saw the roof i think but it was so blurry

I just wanted to say that I had a VIOLENT shifting dream. whenever I dream of flying, I feel shifting symptoms, that's how I figured out my method is the best for me. So as I was saying,I had a dream I was flying around and had such strong shifting symptoms it was scary, I didn't shift but this always happens, I get these STRONG symptoms during dreams and then wake up confused what the weird aah dream even meant

I’m on day 1 of reprogramming your mind and I’m so excited I can’t wait for my birthday party and to tell you about it :)
I wanted to add that if you shift to your DR (desired reality), you can also script while in your DR about what timeline you shift back to in your OR (original reality) such as when you have a certain possession or to where you are able to shift realities with a lot more ease. Your OR also isn't your OR. You live in all realities and any reality can be your OR including 'fantasy'. You are simply used to this one but don't actually have to stay. Don't feel bad if you choose a different reality to be your OR. It is your right to choose just like how you chose to be here but stay sane in your choosing. Be sensible and healthy with this as if you choose a different reality, your body here as some might say would die or assume a different consciousness - you may never be able to return so will have to shift to a timeline that is similar but not the same if 'you want back in'. This means you can stay at Hogwarts for the rest of your life and if you die you may not return still. You may not even have the memories of here anymore. Also to those who have a desired reality, remember that a desire is already yours as it manifested you before you were even conscious of it, you simply have to choose whether you want to accept it as yours and shift there. If you desire it, it's already yours. This is law. You can make your entire own reality or base one off a movie, show, anime, book, etc and still change a lot of canon. Depending on how you go you may not be able to change events unless you directly influence them while there. Happy and safe shifting everyone.
Don't forget to script that you have a power/ ability that forces you to stay and ground you in the reality you shift to and can undo it. Alter this to your needs and the reality that you shift to. This can stop you from accidently shifting back.
It basically like manifesting. Once you make the decision that you are going to shift and really believe it, it’ll happen. We just gotta reprogram our subconscious!

I have been trying to fully shift for about 4.5 years now and have mini shifted a few times. I need help with a recent revelation I had-
First of all, I don't want to be forcefully positive. I do believe I can shift and that I will eventually, but I am taking longer than most and recognize that I must be doing something wrong.
I am a chronic daydreamer, and my biggest 'hobby' as a teen was to 'script' myself into fictional worlds and imagine very elaborate stories of waking up and living in those worlds.
I've at some point as a kid also tried to 'shift' without knowing what that is by using what I now know as the pillow method a few times. I also recall using the Peter Pan method when I was 11-12 because I wanted to go to Neverland as a kid and had a strange incident where I thought I astral projected but now I am guessing it was a mini shift.
I think the problem I have is that I am so used to daydreaminging so vividly that I cannot fathom or visualize that I can actually shift. I tried to not make playlists or script much to counter this but I have gotten no progress.
Being a long-term shifter, I've done A LOT of research, both spiritually and scientifically, and I've also tried a lot of methods, including your reprogramming one. I also tried taking a break (the longest was about 3 months)- so now I am lost in what I can do next to help myself. I'd really appreciate some advice

@@leqm98 It is very hard to persist, I agree. I think it's okay to not always have high motivation or belief when it comes to long-term shifters like you or myself. When you get excited about shifting again, maybe you can go for it with a renewed mindset/heart. I think that's what breaks are all about.

Ik your probably never going to read this but that first guided meditation you showed i kid you not i discovered it one day and shifted. It was a random afternoon and i had just finished my script and laid down put in the meditation and literally shifted in like 15 minutes. When i opened my eyes in my dr i was so surprised cause they just flew open and i saw my dr mom for like a few seconds and shifted back cause it was so disorienting. I LITERALLY LOVE AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT MEDITATION I STILL USE IT AND IM GETTING CLOSER AND CLOSER. anywhoo love u have this virtual hug 🫂
i really dont know why im saying it here, but i minishifted on accident when i was around ten, im 13 now and im trying to shift intentionally with an awake method, but i just wanted everyone to know that accidental shifting is 100% proof you can intentionally shift, ill update when i get back from my first intentional shift!
Another little motivation for you all. When I was shifting one night (with Reya's meditation as well), I went in and out of my DR for a little. My smoke alarm in my CR room has a green light and is near my door. However, when I was shifting, my smoke alarm was flashing red and was right above my head. I think I could have completely shifted, but I freaked out because I realized I saw the smoke alarm in my DR 😭

hey reya, i just wanted to let you know that i got really close to shifting!! I was using the falling method imagining my dr self jumping off of a cliff and falling, there was an ocean below me that i would land in. But, to shift there, somebody from your dr has to save you from falling. Once you know youre in your dr you should feel a tug, i mistook my leg jerking as a tug and opened my eyes too soon. But i just know if i didnt open my eyes i would be at my dr right now!! :)
Just few days ago I actually tried to shift! It was the lucid dream method and it almost worked, but I couldn’t open a portal and woke up after trying to😭 and yesterday when I was thinking about shifting and my dr I started getting symptoms! I think this is a sign that I’m close😊

I have been trying to shift for 3 years, so far without success. I have now taken a shifting break, almost 8 months, because I was so desperate. But I'm starting to think more about my DR again and how much I want to be there.
I've tried reprogramming my subconscious with your video. I have also read a lot on a scientific level and tried many methods. Nothing has helped.
Something inside me just screams "You can't do this!" even though I really, really believe it. My subconscious is so annoyed and averse to the subject of shifting and spirituality that I don't know what else to do.
Especially because my conscious mind is so convinced of everything. I really want to shift, I want to put in effort but I don't know how anymore.
I have already tried the reprogramming thing and really believed in it, but it didn't work.
Please Reya, if you know how I can get any further, please please help me!

This is gonna sound shitty but getting a job actually motivated me to want to shift. I’ve been super into basically anything ppl don’t believe in. (Psychic abilities, theories, hidden history, shit like that.) My coworkers had stories of their friends doing telekinesis and how they blew chunks after managing to move a pen so I figured I’d give it another shot this weekend while I’m off 👍🏼😎

I had a horrible fever once and that’s the first time I shifted, I woke up crying and I even told my parents about it because I was just so shocked I finally did it. (It was only a mini shift but I was there for about 5 minutes)
This motivated me I’m shifting tonight and I’m trying your meditation i have a feeling i was meant to see this video so i know I’ll at least get really close

Something I do is I script a switch word in case I go to the wrong reality. Just like your safeword brings you back to your cr, a switch word can help you get to the right dr
(This is just something I usually script. I haven't shifted yet, so idk if it works, but hope it helps💕💕)

I shifted four years ago when I was a beginning shifter. I was struggling with stuff in my life and wanted to escape my reality. The world I went to wasn't anything epic but I was with the person I liked. And I looked different. I haven't been able to shift since than sadly. At that time I got so shocked I woke up right away. I'm wondering if I can't shift now because of that? Because I forced myself to shift. What can I do to shift again? I'd rlly appreciate any tips I can get. ❤
Also, when I was younger I had a lot of spiritual and supernatural experience. I fully believed that if anyone could shift it would be me. So I think that played a big part in me being able too. Obviously with how much struggle I've been going through I've lost a lot of that confidence.
