This pistol kit is manufactured in Spain by Ardesa, and is marketed in the USA by Traditions. It has a good relation between price and quality. It is good to get started in muzzleloader shooting. With double set triggers. Also good for hunting at short distances. Greetings from Spain.
Is there any way that my kitchen's oven could do the heating intead of a torch? I don't own a torch and I think that the oven would heat it more evenly, 275 wouldn't be high for an oven either, just dont know if there is a reason not to safty wise
Hey, have you gotten around to building your pistol yet? If not then I don’t see any reason why an oven wouldn’t work. The only issue I see is finding a way to stand it up to apply the coating without burning yourself once you have it heated. Maybe you could balance it standing up but that would be pretty tricky. If you can figure out how to do that safely then I say go for it!
Unfortunately, I do not have the exact dimensions of this pistol and I do not currently have one that I can measure. I would recommend reaching out to Traditions as they should be able to provide you with those dimensions. Traditions can be reached via phone at 860-388-4656.
Got mine for Christmas. Thanks to my son.
