    Sathu Sathu Sathu, very very good practicing.
    I will share what Buddha teaching for the meditation (in the scripture)
    set a location where the mind to deeply focusing on 4 base
    Which are
    - Body : fully consciousness focusing, concentrate in breading or activity, action all the time
    - feeling : fully consciousness focusing, concentrate in a knowing of feeling (comfortable, satisfying, good, bad, neutral) try to split mind to avoid to not holding on a feeling, not sink in the feeling , just keep only a knowing.
    - Mind : fully consciousness focusing, concentrate in the subject (body, breading, dharma)
    - Dharma : fully consciousness focusing, concentrate in a Buddha teaching ,contemplating, practicing in mind and find a balance in mind keep relaxing not to seriously (will get body hurt or uncomfortable) and not to slack or lower (will get lost your mind or sink in satisfying thinking, sink in comfortable thinking)
    ** keep relaxing in neutral
    ** the nature of mind is keep thinking around, we have to practice mind concentration
    ** you can think in a meditation but just know what you think know at one subject try to not satisfying (keep neutral) what you are thinking.
    ** the key is fully consciousness pay your effort don't loose you concentrate don't loose your focusing, if get lost or your mind go away (of course yes) you have to pay much and much effort quickly get consciousness and get back to your state(same as when a fire burn your head hair, you have to quickly put out the fire).
    ** the key is fully consciousness pay your effort don't sink in comfortable, satisfying, good, bad.
    ** don't be more seriously or tensely to hurt yourself (don't get difficult deeds
    , self-mortification, or mortification of the flesh)
    ** don't be to lazy or lower (you will get lost your mind, get boring and sleeping at the end)
    ** don't get to meditation when you get a very very sad, very upset, it wouldn't help (you need to keep calm your mind first or forget it first or relieve/mitigate first)
