I had some great visions of feline and elven beings which my soul is connected to, as well as Sirius B, which is no surprise as its a water planet. I could see myself at the bottom of a well and the daylight and beings looking down from above. I could see my Dad there, who is on the spirit side of life. So much fun and joy in the energy. I will definitely do this meditation again, It feels like a powerful anchor to my practise. I would be interested in discovering more about the Shaman School and whether it's right for me. Why do you have a meditation video with commercials throughout the the video? That defeats the purpose of working on yourself. Very counterproductive!
