An airport check-in manager went viral on social media after he was caught expertly handling a furious customer who allegedly called a colleague a “b****”.
The clip, which was shared to Reddit on Tuesday, featured an airport check-in manager telling a woman that she will not be allowed to board a flight because of her behaviour. It was an American Airlines flight.

Yes because so many times they give in to unruly customers and put the safety of others at risk. I am glad that he took up for he employee and consider the physical and mental well-being of everyone. I truly believe that if let on that flight she would make the trip miserable for everyone on the plane.

@@thebrokestewardress6312 It’s not training to lose money. He was respectful; there was no name calling by the supervisor. She not only called the employee a horrible name, she repeatedly lied. The customer is not always right-especially when they display boorish behavior. The supervisor stood up for his employee. All supervisors should do that. Perhaps if they did, they would have fewer stressed employees and be constantly looking for workers because they quit when managers don’t have their back like this manager did.

I saw that hotel video when it was first posted. How did she think she was going to get a room after that display? That employee handled that encounter with class and dignity and good on his employer for backing him up.

I used to see them all the time yelling at retail workers, when I was a teenager. Things are just being filmed now, so we're seeing how people have been acting for decades.
