I must say the SPx finite don't stand up to the original design. Beautiful cards. One of my favorite cards from then is a Sakic diecut /200. Great box as well my friend you hit the good rookies 👍👌
I've watched a few of these Extended boxes opened and that is definitely the best one. No matter what they are still rookie cards so the YGs are fun to pull for me. I like the throw back inserts a lot and you definitely got some good ones. Great video as usual.

Yay for release day break!!! Nice to be able to open up a “new” product! Extended series is more about the throwback cards rather than Young Guns that’s for sure. It’s a thin class in terms of YGs. Still excited to open this up. Haha you got the Ducks YG that I’m after even though I doubt he will make a big splash in the NHL haha. Omg and another Ducks hit. Wow you got all the top rookies to appear in those throwback cards. What an amazing box. Hot hot hot!!! This gotta make up for that tough Habs loss. Not the result we wanted in the game but they fought hard.

Oh good. I bought it in MTL at Card Palace. Completely clearheaded about wanting Box #3 of 5 on the shelf, for whatever reason. As I was leaving the owner wished me good luck. I shouted back: "I don't need luck. I'll love the cards regardless."
Big fan of your openings. Always positive and enthusiastic, which is nice these days. Too many people hunting specific cards and getting poopy when they don’t hit! Also really appreciate your knowledge of the players - how do you remember draft details like that?
Hey Tys. I always find such comments really gracious and encouraging, especially considering I am one of the few ppl who just enjoys cards, 100% divorced from card value. I turned down engineering at McGill to study architecture, but ended up doing a math degree because of my love of numbers. I see math as language that conveys the art of our universe, and a great shorthand for ideas. Before my breaks, I do a bit of research and the numbers often stick (if I slept well). I also watch the draft and World Jrs. Yet, I won't remember what I ate for lunch.

I understand the contest only being limited to Canada although my family is still located in Canada not sure if that allows to to enter if it was sent to them? Really cool box! You pretty much get a card of the players I would have hope to get! I love how UD are kinda admitting without knowing it by puting so much retro stuff, that there old stuff was better that the new ones haha. Corey Perry look amazing in the red jersey I hope so much the Habs will convince him to stay! #DRYDEN

Topps have Heritage that kinda restart with the designs of 60's and every year going one up, like this year it's de 72 Topps design. And Archives is a mix of 3 years from different eras. Would be kinda cool in my opinion to do full throwbacks sets and not juste some inserts here and there. #DRYDEN
Agree completely. I def have some of the old Topps retro sets from the early 2000s, like the Bobby Orr rookie year. In fact, I also have the actual 1966-67 Topps set. I loved the sets with the arena seats.
He just turned 20. Like all players, we have to give them a good five years. Pastrnak was a 25th overall and Point was a 79th overall in 2014, so no one in the card world chirped about them. They are the best players of that draft in hindsight, with Draisaitl. Kaliyev is really highly regarded because he absolutely tore up the OHL, in Hamilton. But, everyone blows up the OHL. As a 33rd overall he looks good thus far, primarily because of his World Juniors with the USA. High ceiling.
The speculating that happened in S1 and to a lesser extent in S2 turned me off for the 20-21 series. Glad you liked it. I do enjoy retro cards for the most part. #DRYDEN
@@Snickerszn He is considered to be the best rookie out of the Upper Deck Extended series. However there are better rookies to look for out of Series 1 and 2 such as Lafreniere , Kaprizov , and Stützle.
That was a nice box! I watched Zeeree's break earlier and well, it was underwhelming. This one delivered the goods, and I loved the retro inserts!
