James, don’t worry so much about the length of the videos. At least for certain topics or ideas. Just let it happen, let happen naturally.
Even if it ends up being a 5 hour video or something, speaking for myself at least, I don’t particularly care about the length. Most of the time I’m quite absorbed in the topic and not paying attention to the time.

The "well-being" part is key. Hiring people on the basis of ideological fit (as opposed to competence) will produce unhappy "hires" who will need to be coddled, and shielded from competent staffers who will need to be disciplined and intimidated by yet more commissars. Cancers do grow...

I concluded that when all organizations (such as a nuclear sub) had a "political officer" on board, that would be a telling sign. This is what in the Soviet Union was called "water." Meaningless, but polit. correct drivel. All school kids had to learn to speak and write like that. That's what literature and history classes were largely dedicated to. Language/literature exams tested one's ability to make water. I was particularly bad at it. Source of much of my trouble regarding school.
After graduating those who could make water well had an opportunity to make a career "along the Party line."

I work for a Fortune 50 company in Texas for the last 20 years, and we are moving full steam ahead with these diversity/equity goals. We've had diversity training explicitly structured around Ibram Kendi's _How to Be an Anti-racist_, and our hiring practices have definitely shifted in this new direction. I can tell you this though - this stuff changes nothing as far as the attitudes of the employees. It goes in one ear and out the other. We've never had race issues and we've always had a diverse workforce. The standards for what good work is, and opinions on who a good worker is, have not changed at all, regardless of who they hire. Those standards exist among the workforce and mid-level management, and our workloads are so integrated, that when someone is missing the mark, it gets around fast, and that person gets managed right out of the business. We've always had very high turnover rates.

I probably won't listen to all of this 'cuz I kinda get it already. Here's my UT Austin story: applied for an open position in late 80's, early 90's in their computer department. Took a test, for which I was forewarned: 'guessing is counter-productive'. Then went immediately after test scoring to interview with computer supervisor. As the HR senior official walked me to the computer department, he asked: 'did you guess on any of the test?' I answered, surprised at the question, 'no, you warned me guessing was counter-productive.' He replied, ' just wondering as you are only the 3rd person in all these tests to get one certain question correct.' Wow, I thought, this bodes well! Well, until we reached the computer room and the male Hispanic turned and saw me and did everything but gag at a middle-aged albeit youthful-looking, white, female. I knew I was doomed, He knew I was doomed. And sure enough, the disappointing call came the same day. Bias against my whiteness happened repeatedly in my life, happens to this day. We deny it at our peril. We are humans, humans have biases, case closed. And Identity politics proves the case.

Thanks. I’ve got a copy of one of Gramsci’s books on the way. I want to read up more on the origins of this. Most of the current proponents don’t even understand from whence it came. I’m amazed how quickly things are moving now. Just like in the USSR, when the results aren’t what they expect they will accuse the “wreckers” and do everything they can to punish those who question their plans. Gad Saad keeps trying to point out they’ve got the “E” and “I” backwards in their acronym; it’s much more descriptive as Diversity, Inclusion and Equity.

They are saying that they partnered with Microsoft and so on in order to push trainings on unconscious bias and "bias interruptors".
Not meaning to be black pilled today... but institutions view DIE trainings like implicit bias training as a risk mitigation strategy. Major organizations continue to push it. If you are not familiar with double speak, then it is meaningless dribble. Thus, whether you are a well intentioned administrator who is supportive of social justice in common parlance or you are a administrator who realizes you must defer to this compelling rhetoric that is taking the stage it seems agreeable enough. I honestly think that a lawyer reviewing this document would have little reservation about ever being held accountable. This will take years to play out and reverse course. I'd even say the useful idiots implementing it mostly understand and either think as distasteful as it is it's required because our country is all the activists say it is or they are simply afraid to speak out for fear of reprisal (e.g. being shamed, ostracized, fired or worse).
Part of the "brilliance" of their methodology is controlling the messaging so dissent seems minimal to non-existent, thereby anyone questioning this garbage harbors doubts as to the extent this stuff is actually hated. No one wants to be the lone dissenter and especially since the activists have such power over institutions that can deal out punishment to dissent and non-conformity.

It truly doesn't matter whether the physicist is white or black. gay, straight, tall, short. attractive, ugly charismatic, or completely antisocial or just plane pathetic and weird. THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERED WAS THE QUALITY OF THE SCIENCE. Hell, for a few decades there the premier physicist in the world was a terribly sick and helpless little man in a wheelchair who had to talk through a machine - and everyone revered him for his mind.
