For me a slow and simple blues is the perfect warm up and practice. It just feels so damn good and gets the juices flowing. I can play them for hours. Whats amazing to me is, I know so many "Jazz" players that can play every scale , mode, all sorts of changes....but ask them to play a simple blues and their faces co blank and . ..they say " A what?" You brought this up in an earlier video and its so true. Its not easy to just play a simple blues.I find myself wanting to add too many notes. Like your playing your videos are inspiring.
