  • There are many mysteries in our world today. Some of them are of a human nature, others are more cosmic in tone, and then, there are the historical mysteries that should be “easy to solve” and yet are anything but. Arguably one of the biggest of these mysteries is the one concerning the Great Pyramid of Giza. It’s a very special artifact from ancient times that people have been trying to figure out in terms of its construction. Given the time period it was made in, and the technology of that period, how in the world did the ancient Egyptians get it made? Because surely such an act should’ve been impossibkle, right? With that question in mind, allow us to present to you 20 Egyptian Pyramid Construction Theories!

A few years ago I watched a youTube documentary for a theory which was not proposed in this video. I've since looked for but been unable to find this video. The main point was that each block in the pyramid was formed in place using poured concrete. It started by examining rock samples from the pyramid that showed the inclusion of rope fibers, and also a lack of layers typical to sedimentary rock. It then explained the composition of the "concrete" as starting with a soft limestone that had been pulverized and then with other minerals being added to this slurry (can't remember the name of the mineral). They then showed where the soft limestone had been dug from, and the mines for the second mineral which were now depleted. They also showed the shallow pits where the "concrete" would have been mixed. All these were within walking distance of the pyramids. The makers of the documentary used these materials to make some concrete using only primitive tools, and poured a few blocks similar in size to what was used in the pyramids, stacked up into a very small pyramid. Not sure how long they had to leave it cure, but it showed them using jack hammers to break the stones apart. When viewed under the microscope they were similar to ancient pyramid stones. Wish I could find the video. Thought from the title that it might be this one, but the Fancy Banana is pure bullshit compared to that one.

@FreedaPeeple-in2mn Wrong, the dynastic Egyptians documented nothing. There are no inscriptions or cartooshes at the Giza plateau, including how or why the pyramids were built. Maybe you could take a minute to explain to me how the 2.3 million 2 ton rocks were cut, transported 500 miles and placed perfectly in position because the Egyptians haven't explained it. What "progress" did the Egyptians make improving their building techniques? You don't say. However, you are right about trying to get an education. You can believe what the Egyptologists and archeological academics say but I'll stick with reason and common sense. The Egyptians didn't build the pyramids, they inherited them from a lost civilization.

      @MultiRationalThinker 5 дней назад +1

@@douglascain6404 - most of those 2 ton blocks were quarried from right next to the building site, within a mile of where they were placed in the pyramids. The outer casing stones were from another quarry a bit further away, but NOT 500 miles away. The only blocks transported that distance were the relatively few granite blocks used inside the pyramids - and there's a bloody great river next to the quarry for transporting the blocks to the building site.
Seriously, dude, what makes you think you know the first damn thing about the pyramids when you don't even know where the blocks came from?

@@MultiRationalThinker The "relatively few granite blocks" you mention weighed 80 tons! How were those blocks transported up the Nile in a small rickety wooden Egytian boat? It would capsize. How do you carve an 80 ton super hard granite block out of the Aswan quarry with a soft copper hand saw? You don't. You would need a high velocity rotating diamond tipped saw blade to make the cut. Ask any stone mason or mechanical engineer. You, Mr. Multi, can put your trust in the government controlled egyptologists and ivory tower academics. I'll trust my common sense. Also I posted this before but I think it's worth repeating for those who ignorantly think that only aliens could fit the pyramid's stone blocks together so tightly. Take two large stone blocks and place one stone on top of the other. Then simply rotate the top block back and forth. Stop, raise the top block and remove the ground stone powder. Repeat until, voila, a perfect fit. So simple even a human could figure it out. Oh yeah and E=mc2 so there are no aliens from outer-space. Never have been, never will be.

Who wouldn't find such a place absolutely sacred, build their culture around such an amazing base, and attempt to emulate such perfection and beauty.
The difference between what they inherited, and what they constructed, despite much of the dynastic work being very impressive, is infinite orders of magnitude apart.

I mean it's impossible to prove 100% without going back in time, but from 7:00-9:00 is almost certainly how it was done. Especially the elevating the rocks part that the video narrator wrote off because he doesn't understand how it works and how easy it is. The bottoms of the shafts are literally still there, as well as the the dried up water basin and canals that lead to it fed by the Nile. It also helps explain the "8 sided part" as there used to be one of these shafts going all the way up the middle of each side of the pyramid until construction was finished. It also explains why the stones were so much easier to cut as the rocks were kept submerged in water after mining until they got to the pyramid site to be cut and placed. Limestone doesn't get really hard until it's exposed to the CO2 in the atmosphere. Everyone is confused how they did it so easily when the answer is they were just smart people and let physics take care of most of the hard work for them

And with that it would take about 23 minutes to place each block, 2 tons each, Not possible, not including the 70 ton Stones over the Kings chamber and the 100 ton box in there, probably used as a resonance chamber actually. @MultiRationalThinker You don't have to study geology to recognise the simple fact that the truly megalithic constructions and artifacts are not within the capabilities of mankind throughout our 'established' historical records, particularly with the rudimentary tool set of the Egyptian dynasties.
The transportation of 1800 ton obelisks down a mountainside from the quarry site, and then many kilometers to where its erected. They couldn't do it then, and we couldn't do it now.
The and applies to the polygamous constructions across multiple continents, using blocks of up to over a 100 tons, all cut to precision. This cannot be achieved with any technology known to man.
The sphinx is just one of a myriad of pointers towards these obvious anomalies, and is by no means the be all and end all of what that 'one man' is proposing.
Within the academia of geology, Egyptology and history, they're not allowed to dispute the centuries old dogma induced by the church around the origins of civilisation.

Nah I don't think they used a causeway, I don't see it tbh. I think they used water shafts to float the blocks, it's so much easier. The bottoms of the shafts and water channels/basin that lead into it are literally still there, although dried up now. It also helps explain the whole "8 sided" thing as there was one of these going up the middle of each side of the pyramid

The thing you are not saying how did they cut them with such accuracy?? They could not cut them with copper chisels? The aliens helped as with all other monuments around the world. No tools have been found that could cut with the accuracy shown. We have been tort wrong at schools and if I'd known this when I was at school I would have stopped going. Lol lol

You lost respect for him because he doesn't promote one of the stupidest conspiracies anyone can come up with. Aliens didn't make the pyramids, didn't help humans make them, and have nothing to do with the achievements of ancient humans. unbelievable that today's youth proudly praise their own stupidity. Making pyramids is not a small thing that is taken care of when an alien presses a button. Do you think that they have been sweating in Egypt for 20 years, splitting stones just for fun, probably wearing a hard hat and safety shoes as well?

I really got pissed when he said the lightbulb theory is not true. They infact proved that it was true, finding acid jars where they were used for the battery of the lightbulb. I watched too long on this bs video.

No, "they" in fact knew it was bullshit when the first person suggested that the Dendera image was a lightbulb, because they'd already read the inscription above the image. It describes what is depicted in that image and it has sod all to do with lightbulbs.

Yet another misleading title with recycled information, none of which solves anything. I've been trying various browser add-ons for RUclips such as BlockTube. I've had mixed results, but I'm continually adding channels like this and a growing number of AI generated content channels to a "block list" such that they don't constantly show up in my suggestions or searches. There are a growing number of sites which use canned information, deceptive clickbait titles and then have a computer read fake scripts to the zombie masses. Time is the most valuable asset people have and for students trying to learn about a given topic, these sites are detrimental in that they waste huge amounts of limited time.

I have read a report from archaeologist / Scientist who was granted only limited access to the site but was able to take some samples of the material several of the blocks are made of, he looked at the crushed material under microscopes and reported that the material WAS NOT typical granite from a quarry but a composite mixture akin to concrete. This means the blocks could be created in situ by pouring into a wooden frame / mould and several blocks could be created at the same time and allowed to set. This is the only method which is realistic in terms of sourcing the blocks, lifting the huge blocks, placing the number of blocks and doing all this in a sensible time period !
