@Desmond Franklin you can put any car model into any car ... its best to have specific handling line for the car as there are slight differences model to model. and if you put a hell cat charger into a slot for the bus or one of the semis weird things will happen ... never the less it could be done. so really "down grade " is irrelevant since all vehicles are 100% customizable.

Hi friendly neighbourhood game dev here, the rtx examples are really great, i noticed i few inconsistencies in the rtx that made me question it but i dont have my hands on the mod so idk, the main reason im commenting is due to the lack of information/ignorance to rtx and it being a wonder product, RTX is a buzz word, like SSAO(Screen space Ambient Occlusion) or SSR (Screen Space Reflection) or DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) , it simply means the game can render lightray bounces in realtime, that means shadows, ambient occlusion and reflections look close to real life, the more bounces the better it looks. It is simply a simple way for developers to easliy incorperate accurate lighting without having to do any pre renders (baking lightmaps) HOWEVER it does not affect texture quality, model fidelity, PBR, normal maps or post proccessing effects. This video is an inaccuarte representation of what RTX actually does and what its used for. The car, character model,l textures on ground, textures in general, lighting and Post proccesing(Bloom, motion blur etc) are completly inaffected by RTX. Please do not expect to just download an rtx mod and for it too look as incredible as this or better. Please before lisenting to people shouting WE HAVE RTX! RTX WILL CHANGE GAMING! Please educate yourself on what it actually is, And from my expierience if you want too see some extremely stunning examples and accurate to what RTX is search for minecraft RTX mods or even the nvidia RTX update, Minecraft still to this day has the best implementation of RTX than any other game due to its rigid XYZ structure.
