The Easiest Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients List
--------
500g boneless thighs (or chicken breast)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt and black pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, basil, marjoram)
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
500g pasta
5 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1/2 White onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp. Minced bell peppers
2 cups double cream
1/4 cup mild cheddar or Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste (If needed)
Freshly chopped parsley / chilli flakes for garnish
❗️Ensure not to overcook the pasta the recipe.
❗️cook chicken for 6-8 minutes tunrinh halfway

I had to come back and let you know this recipe is SOOOO GOOD!! A guy friend of mine asked me to cook for him so I made this for dinner last night. He could not stop complimenting this dish! You're so right, that alfredo sauce didn't need much more seasoning added at all. I did add a little bit of vodka in my skillet after I sauteed my onions, peppers and garlic just to pull up the drippings that were on the bottom of the skillet. OH EM GEE!!! I'll be making this again!!!

I just made this and it was sooooo delicious. All the flavors burst together. I bought the can alfredo instead of making it from scratch. However, I still sauteed the garlic, onions, and pepper before adding the sauce. Delish!! Thank you so much for the wonderful, tasty, recipes you provide. I will definitely be buying your ecookbook!

I love chicken thighs much more than chicken breasts especially when cooking Lebanese chicken Shawarma . I am a cookery teacher in London and I enjoyed watching your recipe.
