Malai Boti Stuffed Paratha | Malai boti paratha recipe | Chicken Paratha Recipe
Makes 3 paratha
Marinate:
250 grams boneless cube chicken
1 tbsp chopped green chilli
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp cream
3 tbsp yogurt
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Mix everthing and keep aside
Dough
1 cup fine aata
1 cup maida
Salt to taste
Half tsp sugar
1 tbsp ghee
Knead with water
Cook the malai boti till tender
Chop a bit
Now add 2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cream to it
Taste and adjust
