Jong Up is such a good example for showing people how to get what you want in life. Don't look at what you have achieved in the past and be strong and willing to start all over. Sometimes people can't get there pride or the feeling of ashamed down, when they have to start over. Jong Up is so strong 💪❤😊.

his movement is so satisfying, it's such an economic movement, nothing wasted, he knows exactly where each limb and finger is going. it's so sharp and intentional, no excess. Which makes it so comforting and satisfying to watch
