You meant the "dopple S"! "ß". It's literally just "double S" and you can write it "ss" and it will get to where it needs to go. Fun tip! Umlauts (like "Ü") can also be written out with an "e" following the accented letter "ue".
Speaking of nostalgic tv series, this isn't game related, but I remember watching this animated series called Nascar Racers. It was a Fox Kids show that aired alongside the 90s X-men cartoon. I wish Disney or Fox would revitalize that. It only had 26 episodes and was canceled shortly after Dale Earnhardt's fatal crash.
Control has difficulty sliders now. If you skip the lore you might as well skip it. It’s a lot of CCP type lore and some of the dialog ties into the dossiers and stuff you find. I missed the entire lore about the reactor the first time because I skipped reading most of it. The next time I replayed it I was determined read everything and that was a very WHOAH! moment and it gave the former Directors dialog a lot more meaning.
Russ: the Dutch word for onion is "ui", which is a single vowel sound that English doesn't have. It's roughly between the u in duke and the i in like. (Not that you need it, though. Almost everyone here speaks English. Even more so if you stick to the tourist trap that is Amsterdam.)

I went to PAX West this past week and I (as usual) got very over-enthusiastic about making sure I'm "prepared" for any potential boredom or downtime I may have... Somehow I managed to keep it down to a tablet and a my steam deck, with some deck accessories... I carried my deck around the entire day in a sling-style shoulder bag, every single day i was there. The only time I ended up using it was maybe 30 mins at the most before falling asleep. When I got back home I felt like it was almost a waste bringing it at all... but if that's the case, then why do I have one at all? I have a gaming PC, not top of the line but it can play games better than the deck. To Bill's point, the deck (or any handheld device) almost felt like a burden, especially walking everywhere, it just felt like a hassle and unnecessary, especially since at no point while I was out and about did I actually take it out to play.
MGS2 used pressure sensitive on PS2, MGS3 was also a PS2 release, mainly used during hold ups to aquire dog tags and items, so you can point a weapon at an enemy without firing. There were other use cases too, I just don't remember off the top of my head.
With Wukong- it's so much souls like, just slightly more forgiving with the saved progress/souls but super boss rush style which makes it feel souls like in that hard difficulty. But it's smart that they blended these aspects so that people talk about it and aren't too dissuaded by it at as well. Smart!! Can't believe it's playing on the deck so nicely 💪 wow ❤
people who say don't bring those devices because you have to enjoy your vacations are one of two groups. the first group don't "count" the downtime. they will watch through that window, or nap in the bus and they will totally forget that this was on their tour, like it never happened. when you tell them you are gonna play during those, they will not even understand what you are talking about, what downtime, you are there you should enjoy everything the second group are the people who don't trust themselves at least to some extend. they are like, if you bring this device, it's to use it. so you will be using it instead of enjoying the trip. but they think like that because they don't trust themselves with such things. like the people who leave their phones on a hike so they don't watch twitter or whatever.

ME1 does not hold up even with the legendary edition. I got legendary edition on a sale recently and have never played any of them. ME1 is just way too repetitive with a lot of their maps and the Mako is definitely a chore but can be fun if you choose to spend a few hours just driving around chilling in the Mako. ME2 is much better but I'm so burnt out with the first one that I've uninstalled it and moved on to other games. When I'm in the mood to play a "space" game, I'll finish 2 and hopefully do 3 immediately after.
