You are a blessing in disguise sir Han !! 🙏 Bcs you don't teach from ground zero but rather polish and correct the current players skillsets which is more practical and also helps me to realize my incorrect postures and how just small changes brings a huge impact in the gameplay !! ❤
The process of a child becoming a badminton player is very different from the process of an adult learning to play badminton. Adults have their own habits. That's how they've lived their lives. Sometimes these habits are good, sometimes they are bad... 🥲. It takes a lot of effort to change them.
If badminton is a science coach han is Einstein for it. Without coach han's theories we would never get to know so many small things that will bring huge impact on our game. Thankyou coach han for sharing your vast knowledge. You people are really lucky to have a coach like him.
He's improved a lot, but i think if he start doing jump rope skipping routine, he will make so much better progress. Because jump rope or skipping is proven to improve body coordination and rithym of footwork
It won't improve it for what is needed for this though. You skip on the balls of your feet. But in this kind of stepping exercise, you are meant to land heel first , with your toes in correct alignment, so that you don't roll your ankle.
@@DavidJones-dz4rc i think so.. But problem with student is his body have lack of Coordination and rhtym. And on of the best tool to increase body coordination and rhtym is skipping jump rope. Of course he can do other methode like dancing and etc
I started playing 4 months ago as a beginner. After watching your videos i quickly improved my game clear and proper explanation of techniques 🙏👌 Now everyone is ready partner with me to play doubles thank you ❤❤❤ Love from india ❤
Hi coach! I’ll be in South Korea in November! Would love to get training from you when I’m there. What’s the best way to get in touch and organize this? I think I have exactly this rhythm/timing problem too. 😂
42 years old. I don't know his level. (Actually, the level of an amateur is meaningless.) When an elite player is around 14~15 years old, he beats adult men A group. Comparing amateurs and elite players is meaningless. 😔
