These people need to get it into their heads that road construction is not for them to display there markets or extend their shop, this has to stop, you can't be buying and selling on the roads, you sell in your shops, you are not suppose to sell outside your shop. This orientation has to change, you can imagine everyone selling on the streets.
My question is , why the previous governors didn't do their duties they owe to the people. I pray oneday they stand trial in tbe court to give account what they did with all the money they received on behalf of the abia state. May God bless Dr Otti who is respecting his constitutional duty to the people of abia state. May good health and longer life find him always.

Thanks for the video. I have one observation: I've noticed that during road construction, heavy vehicles often move materials into the drainage systems. Do these contractors clear out the drainage systems after construction is completed?
2.31 See why this land needs civil education? In Europe, Asia and even some parts of Africa those kids would pick the litter, find a bin and drop it there. But here our own kids kick litter into the drainage channel with glee, see?

Please ndi Aba stop building too close to the road always try and have setback to avoid should I know if the state wants to reclaim setback congratulations to the Obiora str residents
Good point but this is a relic of the "yard" system of early urbanisation in Igboland. Today, you and I can't see how these "buildings" can stand so very near to the road. Same thing in Ohanku Road etc. People are just waiting to fill whatever sidewalk or gutters with their goods. The whole setup is dangerous with huge risk of children dashing across the road and being run over by moving vehicles. ABSG is right to build the road with minimum disruption for now. But eventually foreign loan/assistance - IMF, World Bank etc.-will need to be obtained to redevelop the area- i.e. relocate the people living here to a purpose built housing estate, demolish the structures, create a huge trading zone to accommodate all local businesses in one area accessible to all.

No they don't and no one queries them
If true, it’s sad, and improper, and should be corrected.
