Hi John and Dan, but the EVO with a normal classical funnel tray instead of the anti-useful flip trap obstacle would be it. That flip trap is a show stopper for me concerning the EVO. I can only see disadvantages for it when manufacturing (more expensive), operating as well as cleaning, and see no advantage whatsoever.
@@euJUICERScom and John (DiscountJuicers), I was wondering the same way the Sana828 is really like the OmegaVSJ843, do you guys have any idea if the new Nama Vitality 5800 is really the same as the Omega VSJ843?? It's an important thing to know as I'm in the market to buy and expect to buy one or the other, but not sure which as I'm uncertain if there's any differences (besides the warranty and the name slapped on the machine)
@@RollOut82 The Omega VSJ843 is equivalent to the Sana 808. I'm unfamiliar with the Nama 5800, but it looks like an excellent machine, very similar to the Sana 828.
@@euJUICERScom Thanks for the response. May I ask then does that mean that accessories sold for the "Sana 808" will also be compatible for the "Omega VSJ843" ??
Hey Dan I've seen quite a few of your vids and I just wanted to compliment you on the quality you put out and the responsiveness of your replies to the comments. Very cool stuff my man. Also wanted to ask a quick question about the Omega MMV and Kuvings EVO/C7000. I've seen a few comparisons between them and the MMV always seems to beat Kuvings as far as yield is concerned. Any idea why that might be since both seem to be so similar?
Thanks for the nice comments, Mr. J. They are much appreciated. Regarding the Omega MMV and Kuvings C7000, there shouldn't be any difference in yield whatsoever. They are functionally identical, with the differences only being in the body design and accessories. Price, warranty, and included accessory screens should be the main criteria if you are considering the MMV and C7000. The EVO should perform in a similar manner in terms of yield, although it has some parts that are functionally different. Also it uses that trap-door style feeding tube, which comes with its own set of pros and cons.
I agree the trap door of the EVO is an anti feature. Why the heck did they do it?! Can one purchase a lid/tube that has a normal tray funnel at the top instead of that flip trap obstacle deal breaker? Idea: Maybe the spare part for the MMV fits onto the EVO?!?! (edit: No it doesn't - the MMV has 3 adjustment points while the EVO has 4, so the MMV's lid wouldn't fit onto the EVO's juice vessel.)
The trap door allowed Kuvings to make a slightly wider feed tube opening. You're right - the locking system is different for the juicing drums on the MMV and C9500 versus the EVO, so unfortunately you can't mix and match the feeding tubes.
The yield was very similar across the board. Initially, the Omega and Kuvings had the highest yield, but after straining out the pulp they were equal to the Sana and Hurom. This is in line with previous tests, where the wide-mouth machines give a little higher yield (before straining) because there is more pulp in the juice. I've done a few tests using 1 kg of carrots, and the Sana typically gets around 500 ml of very pulp-free juice, depending on the quality of the carrots. I've had anywhere from 450 ml to 520 ml. This is in line with the Omega VSJ-843 and Sana 808.
I hope to get a slow jeucer. However, I am anxcious about the smell of machine's materials. Which machine does smell intensely among these machines? I may select Omega or Kuving.
There wasn't any strong smells from any of these juicers. I rarely notice any strange smells except from some cheaper juicers we have tested, and that is usually a burning electrical smell from the motor when juicing something tougher like carrots. If you are very sensitive to plastic odors, a stainless steel juicer could be a solution.

Hello. We focus mainly on Europe, and always recommend to buy locally if possible. If that isn't available, please contact us at info@eujuicers.com and we will see what options are available.
They all produced very similar amounts of juice. I forgot to put the berries in when using the Sana, so that made a small difference. The main reason it looks lower is because the Sana has that wide glass juice container, while the first two have smaller plastic containers that have only 2/3 the surface area of the Sana, so they fill higher with the same amount of juice.
That's actually going to be the subject of our next video. From our experience, we prefer horizontal single auger juicers because you don't have to cut the celery into tiny pieces (which is needed with vertical juicers). Here in Europe we'd recommend the Sana 707. In the US an Omega horizontal like the NC series would be good.
@@MrJ.31 Yes my GSE never got stuck no matter what i threw at it. Love this device! In a twin auger you also can put the pulp again to press once more. After that the pulp is so dry, i could dry my wet hands with.
Since all four machines use a very similar juicing system (single auger slow rpm), the juice was very similar in color and taste once stirred. The exception initially was the Sana 828, only because the berries were omitted at first :-) The pulp was a bit drier in the Sana 828 and Hurom HA-I.

I dream to see those tests comparaisons done when juicing large quantities of juice....
the 2nd juicer seems amazing. is it Kuvings?
It is the new Kuvings Evolution juicer.
And the first one is really just a Kuvings 7000
Hello Dan can you tell me why kuvings is only offering a two years parts warranty in U.K. Compared to USA

what was the yield of these juicers? That would be interesting.
is the sana 828 doing better than the others yieldwise?

How and where can i buy a slow juicer frm Europe to be shipped to Africa? Please kindly reply. Thk you

I was very interested in the Sana but it looks like it produced so little juice compared to the others. Is it just me?

Which one will make better oat milk?
Probably the results will be similar in all of them. Oat milk is simple and easy to make, and the process is the same with all four juicers.
Can we use any of these juicers for commercial purposes???
None of these are rated for commercial use. The Sana Horeca, Kuvings Chef, and GreenStar Elite Pro are the most affordable slow commercial juicers.
I need the best juicer for Celery. What is your best pick for straight celery?
That's actually going to be the subject of our next video. From our experience, we prefer horizontal single auger juicers because you don't have to cut the celery into tiny pieces (which is needed with vertical juicers). Here in Europe we'd recommend the Sana 707. In the US an Omega horizontal like the NC series would be good.
Something like the Tribest Greenstar Elite is also fantastic for celery as it tears the fibers apart so they don't create any blockage

You did not compare juice output color or pulp, whether dry or wet.
Since all four machines use a very similar juicing system (single auger slow rpm), the juice was very similar in color and taste once stirred. The exception initially was the Sana 828, only because the berries were omitted at first :-) The pulp was a bit drier in the Sana 828 and Hurom HA-I.
you know Kuvings is the best for apples wow
By a landslide.

I'm sick of cut apples. the whole chute looks better to me
Whole Apple, Pear, Tomatoes, etc can be put down the chute easily without cutting. Awesome
4th hurom alas... omg what a stupid juicer... 4th juicer. double time waste and double clean stffsssssssss
that Hurom HA-I is way too expensive. thats a no from me
