I understand Suan's frustration on why there are people who still refuse the Pope's claims after the evidence is presented. After some thought, I realize that all those opponents have is their own opinion which in some cases they may pretend to have more authority than the Pope. It is sad because some of these opponents are very smart.

"The Other Paul" Channel just made a 3 hour video stating there was no papacy in the early Church, and that those from Catholic answers do nothing but "force their opinions to fit their theology!". I said to the Other Paul, "like Protestants do with Scripture ALONE and Faith ALONE!" The other Paul got very upset with me and said I was childish and ignorant and not genuine! I was hoping for a Biblical refutation from him, but I knew that wouldn't be coming! I wonder if you both have seen the Other Paul 's latest "alleged Papacy " video? Keep up the GOD work! Otherpaul is an Anglican joke. He's just trying so desperately to be Catholic without being a Catholic. His arguments from silence don't work because (1) arguments from silence typically aren't very strong historical arguments, and (2) the Apostolic fathers were far from silent on this topic. The early Church was the Catholic Church, as it still is today. The protestants will find out when they scrape all the wool from their eyes. After a certain point, all you can do is pray for him. He's still a young man, and that sort of audacious pride does tend to fade with time. God bless you for defending the faith.

The question isn’t was the papacy a defendable dogma in the first millennia. the question is, is the papacy of Vatican 1/2 the papacy found in the first millennia. If the answer is no, the Roman Catholic position falsifies itself. Would be great to see you tackle the question from this perspective.
