Roman in F is a sin , his ghostface monologue is by far the best in the series , he uses Syd's mothers voice to emotionally torture her and he orchestrated the entire thing . He is top tier. Also has superb phone calls , the one in the police station is one of the best calls ever. Come on man.
@Seth Bailey In the S category for sure, possibly my favourite reveal of the series. Then again maybe I'm just bias towards the original trilogy because I'd put all 5 of the first killers in the top spot. Jill in the B category and truthfully the rest in the F pile .
Out of the scream 6 killers, I feel like quinn was def better than the other 2. She was the best ghostface, she had the best ghostface scenes. gale and Mindy scenes. She also for me had the better acting. but that's just me though
I definitely agree, and she had the best personality. I thought she was hilarious and really she was a perfect Scream character. I could have pictured her character in the older Scream movies. And she was definitely the most aggressive ghostface. She is the one that fought Gale.
I'd put Richie's dad in the B tier and the kids in C tier! They were killing machines and had no mercy (even though they had one of the weaker motives). The rest is about the same and I'm glad Amber got some love since she almost took out two legacy characters by herself!
The Scream 6 killers killed no returning characters and only one person in the friend group. They just padded their numbers with random kills to make themselves look better than they actually were. I'll admit they had some good scenes but it was only when the mask was on.
@@SethBailey ok saw the lamest scream first and think Jill Roberts is the best killer lol the jokes 😂 on you enjoy movies with no taste or character development I suggest you stick with Walt Disney films
@Graham Rawlins 4 was the first in theaters man. I saw 1-3 on home video all the time. Sorry someone disagreeing with your movie opinion is so hard for you.
I think my problem with Amber is her character wasn’t very interesting before her reveal. I’d give her a C because she’s a great crazy but really boring before that
I do respect your list, but disagree with it. It doesn’t seem like we’re talking about them as killers or Ghostface’s, but just general opinions on them, which is why I do respect your list. Here’s mine. Billy is A tier, he was the man in charge of the killings of Scream 1, very smart, and just a classic Ghostface. Stu is S tier, he was the lab dog but everyone suspected Billy, no one suspected him. He was the comic relief, but he gave the Scream movies a very big impact which is why everyone wanted him back. They were both great actors and left big impacts. Mrs. Loom is was a great antagonist, good motives, and very iconic, she is definitely B tier, with Mickey in B tier too, the movie theatre kill was genius, and he wasn’t 100% manipulated, just betrayed. He had the motive to re create the movies to show they were insanity, as an excuse to go crazy. He is just insane and the movie theatre kill and the other kills were genius. He was manipulated, but pulled some strings and wasn’t as clueless as Stu was. Next is Roman who is C tier, his reveal was okay, he was already accused. But his monologue was by far the best, and he was definitely the smartest. And most creative Ghostface. Very underrated if you ask me. Next is Jill who is in S tier, she seems like one of the modern day killers who just wants to be popular, which doesn’t give her a sad backstory which is great. It shows that people can be crazy whenever they want. She was funny and brutal, and a hard favorite. Charlie is C, he is and okay Ghostface but Jill carried it, her kills were much more brutal, and she was just a far better Ghostface than everyone else.Next is Richie who I enjoyed, he was a fanboy of the movies, but I have a feeling he and Amber represented the fans, they were both amazing, and they were one of the first teams that actually didn’t betray each other. I put Richie in C and Amber in B because she had more emption, and her kills were the most brutal. Then Scream 6, Jason is D. He had an interesting opening kill, but he was just like Mrs. Loomis, Charlie, Amber, and Richie in recreating the Scream movies, and he was only in the movie for 10 minutes, he was by far the worst, but he was so bad to belong in F. Ethan is C since he was very quite and his kills in the family were probably not as good as the rest, but he did have a good Ghostface, Quinn is C as well, but over Ethan. The subway scene and Gale attack are very iconic, and she did really good hiding that she was Ghostface. Bailey gets B tier, he had the most kills and he was very iconic, he was the heart of the family and a really good Ghostface. That’s my list, but I do respect yours. Thanks and God bless you!
It’s actually common for psychopaths to have a duel personality and know how to act normal. So your assumption that Bailey went completely out of character during the reveal is false and the opposite is true. Bailey was essentially acting normal til the end and then revealed his true personality.
Only major disagreement I have is Roman in the F tier. He was the mastermind of it all and the smartest killer. My S Tier is: Stu, Amber & Roman A: Billy B: Detective Bailey, Jill & Mickey C: Mrs. Loomis, Charlie D: Quinn, Richie F: Ethan
@@SethBailey No doubt. I see it as there’s no Billy and Stu without Roman. He orchestrated everything and that holds a ton of weight. Awesome video regardless, man! All the best.
1. Billy 2. Mickey 3. Stu 4. Roman 5. Amber 6. Charlie 7. Mrs Loomis 8. Ritchie 8. Jill 9. The Trio I honestly feel that Jill wasn’t a great killer / barely a killer at all. She never really got her hands dirty until the final act so it would be easier for her to play the victim and blame Charlie and Trevor for everything. I cannot deny though she is a master manipulator and genuinely psychotic!
@@mattieollie157 I just don’t think she was a great killer. She got Charlie to do most (if not all) of the killings so she could look more like a victim than the mastermind. Defo a master manipulator though!!
Stu and billy have to be my no.1’s the paring was perfect and their the only ghostfaces that created a perfect ending bloodbath and a perfect opening scene. And billy was someone who wanted revenge and was v serious and the stu was funny and kept me watching
Ok here is how I would the ghostface killers. (S) 1. Billy Loomis he's kinda cute and i'd let him stab me. 2. Stu Macher I feel like he is underrated. 3. Detective Bailey he has the coolest ghostface quotes. (A) (Personally controversial) 4.Jill Roberts kind of badass and unstoppable. 5. Ethan Landry, I love him like so much and didn't see him at all. I thought he was the shy-quiet kid. (B) 6. Mickey Altieri didn't love him but thought he was hella cool. 7. Richie Kisrch I loved him I thought he was great, didn't see him as the killer. (C) 8. Amber Freeman thought she was overrated but still really cool. 9. Quinn Bailey didn't stick out to me, but overall pretty rad. (D) 10. Roman Bridger I didn't understand that movie- at all- especially with him as Ghostface. 11. Mrs. Loomis was overrated, again, to me. I didn't think she was all special really, but had a good motive. (F) 12. Jason Carvey I didn't like him, I thought he was underutilized and it felt a bit too rushed. 13. Charlie Walker I hated Charlie. I guess he was a fine killer, but he just wasn't it
My Ranking 1 - Stu 2 - Jill 3 - Billy 4 - Mickey 5 - Detective Bailey 6 - Mrs. Loomis 7 - Roman 8 - Charlie 9 - Amber 10 - Ethan 11 - Quinn 12 - Richie 13 - Jason Would have put the TV series Ghostface but this movie Ghostfaces only.
I LOVED Quinn. She looked almost as crazy as Jill. Liana was phenomenal To me, I'd put Quinn in the A tier easily. The way she smiled after losing teeth. To me, 6 was amazing start to finish. I can appreciate what Radio Silence did.
Scream 6 was actually my first time seeing a Scream movie and I honestly enjoyed it just because of how thrilling the movie was with all the gore and suspense and everything, at the time of watching I didn’t really understand the full story since it was my first movie. After watching Scream 6 I watched all the other scream movies. But now I do agree that the killers for Scream 6 weren’t the best, but I think they could be higher than F, not way high though, more like a D or C, atleast for the police I didn’t expect him to be a killer. As for the other movies, for Amber I feel she could be a very low S tier, she just stood out to me more than the others, the way she acted, the humor when she pretended to stab Sidney, when she tried to trick Gale and Sidney into thinking she was a victim, and idk if you really include this when ranking the killers, but obviously the way she died was very unique. For Stu IMO I think he honestly should be S tier for some of the same reasons as Amber, but higher than her.
I called Ethan at the beginning of the movie. After the party scene he was wearing a knitted hat with a knife on it, and just his demeanor in the movie was off. My cousin called it being Wayne and Quinn too, but we didn’t know they would all be related to Richie
I felt that everything before the killer reveal in Scream VI was so amazing that it could overcome having the worst Ghostface killers. Here's my rankings: 1) Mickey Altieri - Even though he disappeared for 45 minutes before his reveal, the fact that he did all of the killings besides Randy, and managed to get Sidney to question her trust in Derrick, he was a masterful Ghostface. He was Iago to Sidney's Othello, and was the Ghostface that broke Sidney. 2) Billy Loomis - I won't argue with anyone who puts him as the best, I just liked Mickey a little bit more. 3) Jill Roberts - Unfortunately, as soon as I saw a track on the soundtrack titled "Jill's America," I figured she was one of the killers before even seeing the movie. Still, she had a great motive, and was delightfully unhinged in the scene where she was staging her injuries. 4) Stu Macher - Hilarious, over the top, and far too sensitive, Stu was a terrific Ghostface. 5) Amber Freeman - Of all the Ghostface killers, she was the most feral and aggressive once she got her prey. Loved how brutal she was. A bit underutilized overall out of the cloak, she owned act three. 6) Mrs. Loomis - A great twist, and although her body count is only one, the way that her and Mickey worked together, Mickey keeping tab on Sidney and her friend group, while Loomis worked Gale, was a good plan. Only thing holding her back was only one confirmed kill. 7) Richie Kirsch - I had him above Mrs. Loomis before Scream VI, but when Sam said that he had Amber do all the killings, it took him down a notch. He was already pretty pathetic at the end, and getting confirmation that he was the least successful Ghostface in terms on kill count made his supposed "masterminding" of the kills in Scream 5 even less impressive. 8) Charlie Walker - Outside of being responsible for the single most brutal kill in the franchise, Charlie doesn't have much going for him. Jill had the higher body count and the better motivation. He got played like a fiddle. 9) Jason Carvey - Yes, he only had one kill to his credit, but it's more a testament to how much I dislike the other killers than his own merits that he's at this spot. It would have been interesting had he lasted a bit more of the movie, and interacted more with Tara. 10) Roman Bridger - Yeah, he has the highest body count, but I hated the retcon of him "directing" Billy and Stu. Also, Scream 3 simply does not make sense if there's only one killer. I view it as him and Angelina working together, until he kills her to tie up any loose end. 11) Detective Bailey - Only because I think he was behind the mask in the bodega scene. He was clearly trained to use firearms, and of the three killers, he had the most prominent role in the movie. 12) Ethan Landry - Incredibly underdeveloped, he gets this spot because he was responsible for Anika's death. I really latched onto Anika as a likable character, despite her little bit of screen time, and seeing how terrified she was, and the brutality of her fall keeps Ethan out of last place. 13) Quinn Bailey - Underdeveloped and couldn't finish the job on Gale or Mindy. She was the sloppiest of the three killers in Scream VI.
@@SethBailey Exactly. Had he just been Sidney's half-brother, I would have been okay with that. But trying to take some of the edge off of Billy was a bridge (or in this case Bridger) too far.
So Richie went down because of what Sam said how would she know she left him at the Meeks house how would she know that he didn’t do any work and why are you acting like Amber isn’t pathetic
@@ilovezoom3719 It always felt like Amber did more of the heavy lifting on the Ghostface side of things. Sam telling Detective Bailey that Richie had to have his girlfriend do all the killings supports this. Even before Scream VI, I thought at best you could attribute maybe two kills to Richie (the security guard and Wes) but in both cases, Amber would still be there to back him up. I also prefer how savage Amber was when she was in the costume.
I love Wayne bailey , Quinn is solid and her psychoticness feels so natural But Ethan was poorly written He should've been more serious and sinister during the reveal and after the reveal Also he was predictable as he was the only one in the group basically left after Anika died there wasn't enough red herrings. Wayne is one of the scariest most formidable ghostface
Tbh I loves scream 6 killer reveal. I had suspicions about Quinn not being dead because you never saw her actually get stabbed when the rest of the kills were very gory, and we never saw her body.
Wasn’t a massive fan of Amber because she was SO obvious. Also think the scream 6 killers should be higher by simply thinking about how smart they were…they faked a death, ethan had an alias, ethan and quinn both managed to become trusted friends of the group. Among countless other things such as the manipulation of Kirby and trapping them in the shrine.
For me, the fact they pulled all that off in a year is just too hard for me to swallow. I'm glad so many people like it though. It just means we'll get more scream movies, and I'm a fan of that. Thanks for your comment.
@@SethBailey i also loved that shot of her smiling while bleeding out of her mouth. That was admittedly pretty badass. But I AM COMPLAINING BECAUSE SHE ONLY GOT 1 KILL. ETHAN GOT 2. AND BAILEY TOOK ALL THE OTHER KILLS.
@@SethBailey I guess the footage of her at her mirror, in the beginning was a clue. I found it quite dull until she suddenly announces act 3. Then she’s crazy and fun to watch.
For me there’s Billy and Stu - and then everyone else way behind. Their characters and the reveal was just so superior to anything else that has come since.
Anyone that visits a major city, regularly (at least twice a year), walks down the alley at least once - we're often just smart about what area, stick to day-time hours, and/or know basic self -defense. What was dumb was her not bringing out mace, a cell phone, and/or at least a knife of her own. If I'd have a basic folding knife on me in some areas of Chicago for self-defense reasons, I know I'd have it on me in all of NYC.
quinn's the worst ghostface, couldn't finish the 2 girls she had an edge over, killed gale's boyrfriend but struggled on gale herself. she also had to follow up amber and jill's character (2 great and only women ghostface). she had a nice reveal though given the twist.
Honestly the way Ghostface was in scream 6 was just so menacing and crazy and really had me interested about who it actually was. But the reveal was so disappointing to me. Like really? That is there motivation? Is the family psychopathic or something like what the hell was that. So disappointing that after all that time, it was one of the lamest if not the lamest ghost face reveal yet.
I understand your rankings of Scream 6. I’m just gonna say it. Quinn absolutely sucked. But detective Bailey had some of the best scenes and did a great job pretending. And Ethan was my favorite and he really convinced the group and got all the information.
Agreed with all until you got to Scream 6, they are annoying but they gave us some of the franchise's best moments kill/chase wise so surely have to be at least C tier hm
I agree with you so much on the killers in scream 6 at first when I saw 3 I was surprised but when I saw the killer reveal I was mad because you can see the signs they make it kind of obvious to tell who the killers gonna be and even though it was surprising the effect that scream 6 didn’t have was that it would make sense like half of the kills on scream 6 had nothing to do with Samantha and Tara and they kinda just tried to hard but overall it was a good movie, the kills were great but not all of it was that worth it but it’s there movie (sorry for the paragraph btw)
My ranking from worst to best ghostface with reasons: 12. Wayne (boring asl, goofy old ahh man 😹) 11. Richie (just very icky, idk) 10. Ethan (very bland and boring) 9. Quinn (smart how she faked her death, but again, boring) 8. Roman (makes no sense how he could teleport around, and a very weak reveal) 7. Stu (unpopular opinion, but he was bland and annoying) 6. Billy (again, bland imo, but he's the original) 5. Charlie (underrated af, a very believable GF, just a crazy film geek who murdered for a girl he liked) 4. Nancy (extremely unexpected, and a very believable and almost sympathetic motive) 3. Mickey (he was like billy and stu, but better and more experienced, loved his motive because of how relevant it was to the time) 2. Amber (a very fun GF, very animated, and didnt find her annoying like stu, found her genuinely unnerving and unpredictable, motive was very relevant to the time when it comes to stan culture and toxic fandoms, and was the first GF to kill a legacy character after the original trilogy, and was also the first gen z GF, and that title feels pretty accuratefor her) 1. Jill (best reveal of the franchise, making the final girl the killer was genius, the whole commentary on horror remakes and the rise of becoming famous off of the internet due to "f*cked up shit happening to you" was WAYYYY ahead of its time, the "new sidney" trying to kill off the old sidney so the "new sidney" can flourish and have her own trilogy was a perfect representation of how remakes try to kill off the original franchises they're remaking, ugh she's just the best ghostface, hands down)
S Tier Billy: The real OG Ghostface plenty of signs he was the killer, motive makes sense. S Tier Stu: Stu to me is just too funny in a scary way as he truly is what Billy talks about before, no motive he was just a real psycho. He's cartoonish but it a memorable way being the first, it feels like every new reveal tries to copy him specifically. B Tier Nancy: She doesn't show up through half the movie so literally no one would suspect her, her motive is decent with the tie to Sydeny's mother and using Mickey. C Tier Mickey: Crazy as hell but his reveal is way too over the top, "BiLlY's MoThEr" is one of the best lines though, His motive was also extremely dumb with blaming the movies and he's way more of a puppet than Stu. F Tier Roman: While I like the idea of the Ultimate Ghostface, the bridge to everything, solo killer, half-brother. It's executed very poorly with an already mediocore Scream movie. He's not memorable before he starts becoming a whiny killer, retconning the first movie takes away from Billy, dumbass scene where he somehow plays dead. Overall just goofy. D Tier Charlie: I like Charlie's brutality as Ghostface but he is probably the biggest lapdog of them all. Get's killed off pathetically out of all of them too at least Mickey got one last scare. Motive is "I'm a whiny psychopath incel". S Tier Jill: Her fame motive was ahead of its time, also flipping the reboot trope on its head by having the Mc replacement being the killer is amazing. She was brutal and smart, almost won in the end too. B Tier Amber: I hardly remembered Amber before her reveal she's just kinda there to point the finger at everyone else, when she is revealed she hits Stu levels of spitting and being a psycho which she pulls off better than the some of the other Stu type psychos. Her death was gnarly as well. A Tier Richie: I enjoyed his character more than Amber's mainly because you want so badly for him not to be the Killer and it does make you think of Derrick from Scream 2. He is whiny as hell when he's revealed but specifically with Richie I feel it really fits with his more sensitive character than the formers. I feel like his toxic fandom theme is good. F Tier Jason and Greg: Not saying I don't like them but obviously they're terrible Ghostface they easily get mutilated and were pretty much gonna be repeats of Richie and Amber. The alley kill was cool and the opening was an amazing twist I've been wanting to see but these two hardly count as Ghostface. F Tier Ethan: I love Scream 6 but Ethan was the absolute worse next to Roman, super obvious missing from half the attacks, his psycho personality is more memorable than his innocent one but he gets fucked up multiply times easily. How the hell did he survive having a knife shoved into his mouth??? Trash Ghostface. F Tier Quinn: Fakeout kinda sucks the best part of OG Scream is that you actually can guess who the killers are it seems the future movies just go for shock of the reveal. I wasn't personally too big of a fan of her civilian personality being the "sex positive" one but I like the twist that the she's one of the killers. She just kinda comes back out of nowhere. D Tier Wayne: The only reason I rank him above his kids is because at least he is featured throughout the movie, there are actual good hints that it is him like the scene after the therapist death, he was most likely the shotgun Ghostface. His post reveal character is soooo strange though like he's the most out of touch thing I've seen. Running at Sam with a gun, the way he speaks afte rthe reveal its like a Saturday morning cartoon villain. I genuinly like Scream 6 because of how much its breaks from formula but yeeeah I'm seeing now these were some bad killers at least they were something fresh though.
This is a great breakdown. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on all of them. The Scream movies are so great, even the ones with bad killers still end up being decent movies. Thanks for taking the time to write it all out.
@Seth Bailey Compared to Billy she kept it together longer and took longer before she got sloppy and failed. Plus out of all the Ghostfaces she made it the closest to getting away with it all
Ranking Roman & Wayne Bailey in F Tier is rough. Roman & Wayne are arguably the best masterminds from the franchise. Bailey is throwing off the NYPD and the FBI! They both deserve S Tier for that alone. Lets not forget that they are both perhaps the most effective killers as well. (While Bailey is never shot in his shroud I imagine he is wearing body armour like Roman plus he disarms and shoots a guy with is own shotgun). I agree with most of your picks though! Cool list but I had to come in and defend these guys.
@@atimetraveler4910 ik that, I’m just saying of the 3, Bailey was definitely the most tactical and was the mastermind of the attacks, and him begging was most likely a ploy to trick them
The only thing that deserves an “F” ranking is your tier list. Scream 6 was awesome and Detective Bailey was great. Ethan and Quinn’s manic, college energy and psychopathy was entertaining. Even Roman doesn’t deserve an F ranking.
Favorite killer i have to say Mickey. There's just something about how Timothy Olyphant playes the role that works. He's not as wild and theatrical as some of the others and i just find him more intimidating then the others. Worst is still Jill. It's a good idea but i don't think they pulled it off. The writing and acting just fell short.
You could just put these where they are in this and do a separate one for the people who've seen the shows. I would even include back story killers and the Halloween special killer.
The Best: Billy Loomis, Stu Macher And Roman Bridger. Good/ Mid: Mickey Altieri, Nancy Loomis, Jill Roberts, Charlie Walker, Richie Kirsch, Wayne Bailey, Quinn Bailey, Ethan Landry And Jason Carvey. The Worst: Amber Freeman.
if you ask me there is only 12 ghostface killers because flash thompson is not exualy a killer because witch ghostface did die in first 10 min in movie? And who is with me drop a like. BTW my ranking is 1.-Billy 2.-Stu 3.-Mickey 4.-Roman 5.-Mis Lomis 6.-Jill 7.-Richie 8.-Baley 9.-Amber 10.-Quinie 11.-Ethan 12.-Charlie
I feel like Dennis Coles aka Ghostface Killah aka Tony Starks should be in S-Tier. Also the original Ghost Face Killer Wan Chun-Shan from Mystery of Chess Boxing (1979) should definitely be S-Tier since he was the first to use the name and had some killer kung-fu moves. Also Stu is way better than Billy and they should swap places.
I want to ask everyone this: what is a good motive for ghostface killers going forward. I genuinely want answers here so nothing like "psh, not the motives the killers had in this movie!" I wanna see some truly dark-meta material, please?
See I think this is the problem the series is really going to have to overcome. Maybe something that isn't directly related to the older movies. Maybe dealing with some kind of elevated horror. I love your profile picture by the way. Krampus rules.
I enjoyed the reveal in 6! It wasn’t perfect but at least it tied into the franchise (somewhat!). I appreciated the continuity from 5. My list. 1) Billy Loomis - I Always thought his “it’s so obvious that it can’t be him” shtick is what makes him so scary. He really portrays genuine psychopathy. He had a high body count AND really screwed with Sidney’s mental state (pun intended). Killed Tatum which is a big death in my opinion AND Maureen which set the whole franchise in motion. 2. Mrs Loomis - I get that she’s controversial and some people don’t like the overacting but I always prefer the emotionally driven motives and think her motives ties the 2nd film together perfectly with the original. I also love her hidden in plain sight approach. She managed to kill Randy which is an iconic death too so she scores high. 3) Stu Macher - I don’t think I’m as enamoured with Stu as other fans (Matthew Lillard’s performance is untouchable however) and I am not in the “I hope he’s alive” camp BUT I think what makes him a successful ghostface is the fact that he has a high body count but also has zero motive other than “peer pressure” which is ridiculously scary and quite indicative of what could happen in real life with someone with a weak mental vernacular. 4) Jill Roberts - She is deliciously evil. She’s fairly paint by numbers when pretending to be a normal person but she feels like the new final girl until her reveal. I like that on second view, the signs are there but she manipulates EVERYONE. Sidney, Dewey, Gale, her Mother, Kirby… Even the other killer. And her self mutilation is ICONIC and VERY ahead of its time with the whole influencer commentary. Did she have a lower body count than Charlie though? I’m pretty sure she kills her mum too which, despite Kate being one of the worst characters in the franchise, is pretty dark. 5) Wayne Bailey - I enjoyed his reveal. I enjoyed his motive. Again, I like more personal motives (if done right) and I like that he, and his kids, linked quite closely to 5. I feel like his ghostface attacks were brutal, they felt angry. I like that he spearheaded the attacks and killings and essentially duped the police force. My only gripe with the reveal was that they’re killing to get revenge for Richie despite the fact that Richie was a killer… but it’s plausible that the family are all just bad eggs. I also am sure he was the one in the Bodega which I think was a pretty cool scene and fairly savage. 6) Mickey Altieri- Mickey used to be my number 2 until my rewatch of the series. I still love him, he’s still great, he’s a true psycho but I think his motive, whilst original at the time and VERY 90’s, it’s not a solid reason to do it. He did get into Sidney’s head about Derek though and his reveal was super fun. No iconic victims? 7) Amber Freeman - Ok, she’s super average as a character before her reveal and it was pretty obvious but she was pretty evil. Her reveal was one of the best and most sudden in the franchise in my opinion and she really acted her crazy scenes well. And she killed Dewey. That’s the most emotionally driven death in the franchise so far so major bonus points. 8) Quinn Bailey - I personally enjoyed the twist. I saw it coming as soon as Ethan was unmasked. There was no one else it could be but it worked. My thoughts on motive match what I said for her dad BUT I enjoyed Liana Liberato’s performance and think she blended well with the friend group. I genuinely thought she was dead. She was persistent, violent and didn’t let her victims go. She’s this low because she did fail to kill both Gale and Mindy in their attacks but they were both horrific attacks. 9) Richie Kirsch - I found Richie to be a bit pathetic compared to Amber and it’s confirmed by Sam that Amber did most of the killing so he wasn’t physically effective as a murderer BUT I think he played mind games extremely well with Sam. I didn’t enjoy his or Ambers motives, felt too paper thin for me (I did appreciate the commentary on toxic fandoms though) but he didn’t feel like a threat post reveal so that’s why he’s here. I rate him higher than others because of his connections to what comes in Scream 6. 10) Roman Bridger - I’m not a fan of Roman and I remember watching 3 when it was released back in 2000 and not liking him then either. I really don’t like the fact that he dilutes Billy and Stu’s actions in Scream 1 by admitting he “directed them”. I didn’t appreciate the retcon. I also hate the moment when he’s “dead” and Gale checks his pulse. I think Scott Foley is a strong actor and plays him well but it felt Shoe horned in terms of the motive. He gets bonus points for killing alone and remaining the only solo ghostface. I’ll never forgive him for killing Jennifer though 😂 11) Jason - He was a pretty crappy ghostface really. He didn’t stand a chance. BUT, his scenes were really tense and brought something new to the franchise and his murder of Laura was really sad. I just think he was clearly, and intended to be, out of his depth. 12) Ethan Bailey - His involvement felt obvious and telegraphed. He was so boring as a character. I liked the idea of it being a family in Scream 6 so I’m glad he’s there but he was a bit meh. LOVED his brutality and I’m gutted he killed Anika the way he did. 13) Charlie - I don’t even remember his surname. I have always found him to be the worst. He’s boring as a character, his reason for being a killer is very thin (he’s doing it for the girl is nowhere near explained enough for it to be plausible in my opinion) and he’s killed by his accomplice so quickly. He has one of the most brutal murders in the franchise when he butchers Olivia but his whole demeanour is just a bit…….. pathetic. He’s always just universally bottom of the list 😂 Sorry for the long list but had to get my two cents in!
You’re missing the other killer from the beginning. Yeah we only saw him dead, but we don’t conclusively know he hasn’t killed before… also he’s definitely put the costume on in private at least
@@SethBailey the killers for 7 should be Sam and Sidney, but the victims should be the people on the stab subreddit or something, or on that class that had 3 killers in it
now as a die hard scream fan (account name shows) and a respectful human being i respect your opinion and love hearing new sides. as for my opinion that id like to share and hopefully help your judgement, id put charlie in F because of him pretty much doing this single handedly for Jill and her love, which i really dont like. Id put Roman at C just because looking back we didnt like the story changes it made to the original by having Roman get Billy and Stu to kill Maurine. but since its been known now that it was a planned trilogy we have to give it more weight that it was always going to happen. now amber i put in D or F because Scream 6 really let us know that she really didnt play as big of a part as Richie, especially since Richies family is brought back (only to be the sequel to the 5th movie which was an homage pretty much to the 1st, example being the familys of the killers coming back like billys mom in 2) but they couldve had it been ambers family who came back instead considering they bought an entire house that had murders because their daughter wanted it lol wouldve gave that connection more weight but the rest of your list i can agree or understand
We're gonna have to agree to disagree on those changes. Richie just doesn't work for me in general as a bad guy, so making him more important just brought 6 down for me. I totally get where you're coming from though.

Roman in F is a sin , his ghostface monologue is by far the best in the series , he uses Syd's mothers voice to emotionally torture her and he orchestrated the entire thing . He is top tier. Also has superb phone calls , the one in the police station is one of the best calls ever. Come on man.
Sorry dude. Where would you put him?
@Seth Bailey In the S category for sure, possibly my favourite reveal of the series. Then again maybe I'm just bias towards the original trilogy because I'd put all 5 of the first killers in the top spot. Jill in the B category and truthfully the rest in the F pile .
@@CheckmateRidRot502 I get that. 1 and 2 are my favorite movie wise. It's just such a fun series. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on it.
Regardless whether you liked the twists in Scream 3 or not, Roman is the one that started it all. To me, he *is* Ghostface.
@A time traveler I'm very sorry I hurt your feelings with my list of pretend serial Killers. Please forgive.
1 - Jill
2 - Billy
3 - Stu
4 - Sra.Loomis
5 - Mickey
6 - Charlie
7 - Amber
8 - Roman
9 - Richie
10 - Wayne
11 - Quinn
12 - Ethan
I can get behind this list.
Doofy is the best one for being the only one who survived and got away with all the killings.
Out of the scream 6 killers, I feel like quinn was def better than the other 2. She was the best ghostface, she had the best ghostface scenes. gale and Mindy scenes. She also for me had the better acting. but that's just me though
She was the best of the three for sure. The fact she tanked that Brick to the face was impressive.
@@SethBailey who bloody cares at least they're the most brutal killers
@Graham Rawlins That's not the reason I go to see Scream.
Finally someone with taste, Amber’s reveal was iconic
Totally. It's nice to know we aren't alone.
My favorite Ghostface lol
S: Roman, Nancy loomis, ethan.
A: jill, Amber, billy
B: stu, quin bailey,
C: charlie, wayne bailey
D: jason, richie
F: Mickey
That's the highest I've seen Nancy. Very interesting.
Ethan as S is crazy and Amber above her hero Stu is also crazy
I think my problem with Amber is her character wasn’t very interesting before her reveal. I’d give her a C because she’s a great crazy but really boring before that
A fair take on that for sure.
S tier- Mickey Jill Billy
A tier- roman
B tier- Ethan Quinn Detective Bailey
C tier- Stu Amber Richie
D tier- Charlie Mrs loomis
F tier- Jason
At least we have Charlie in common. Thanks for taking the time to share.
I agree with your ranking for the most part! I myself like Roman a little more. Kudos to him for actually being a solo ghostface though! Lol
He does have that going for him. Ha.
Jill is so good, she just stole the whole movie for me. Very talented actress
Only major disagreement I have is Roman in the F tier. He was the mastermind of it all and the smartest killer.
My S Tier is: Stu, Amber & Roman
A: Billy
B: Detective Bailey, Jill & Mickey
C: Mrs. Loomis, Charlie
D: Quinn, Richie
F: Ethan
It's a big jump.
@@SethBailey No doubt. I see it as there’s no Billy and Stu without Roman. He orchestrated everything and that holds a ton of weight. Awesome video regardless, man! All the best.

5. Amber
6. Charlie

I honestly feel that Jill wasn’t a great killer / barely a killer at all. She never really got her hands dirty until the final act so it would be easier for her to play the victim and blame Charlie and Trevor for everything. I cannot deny though she is a master manipulator and genuinely psychotic!
Great list. Thanks for taking the time to share it. Jill was pulling all the strings.
No way can Jill be that low
@@mattieollie157 I just don’t think she was a great killer. She got Charlie to do most (if not all) of the killings so she could look more like a victim than the mastermind. Defo a master manipulator though!!
@@lauraclare7191 I think she killed the cops and her mum, she killed charlie and trevor definitely 🤷♂️
Jill deserves to be higher…
Stu and billy have to be my no.1’s the paring was perfect and their the only ghostfaces that created a perfect ending bloodbath and a perfect opening scene. And billy was someone who wanted revenge and was v serious and the stu was funny and kept me watching
Ok here is how I would the ghostface killers.
(S)
1. Billy Loomis he's kinda cute and i'd let him stab me.
2. Stu Macher I feel like he is underrated.
3. Detective Bailey he has the coolest ghostface quotes.
(A) (Personally controversial)
4.Jill Roberts kind of badass and unstoppable.
5. Ethan Landry, I love him like so much and didn't see him at all. I thought he was the shy-quiet kid.

6. Mickey Altieri didn't love him but thought he was hella cool.
7. Richie Kisrch I loved him I thought he was great, didn't see him as the killer.
(C)
8. Amber Freeman thought she was overrated but still really cool.
9. Quinn Bailey didn't stick out to me, but overall pretty rad.
(D)
10. Roman Bridger I didn't understand that movie- at all- especially with him as Ghostface.
11. Mrs. Loomis was overrated, again, to me. I didn't think she was all special really, but had a good motive.
(F)
12. Jason Carvey I didn't like him, I thought he was underutilized and it felt a bit too rushed.
13. Charlie Walker I hated Charlie. I guess he was a fine killer, but he just wasn't it

Greg was an underrated Ghostface!

Lol
quinn was a great female ghostface...and I was genuinely shocked she was ghostface...so I put her at at least C level... she also almost got gale.
I can’t be the only one who actually enjoyed these new killers and putting Jason above the 3 real killers is a crime
I can promise you are not the only one.
🤣 This is my favorite comment of the day!
One of Jill’s lines should have been along the lines of “you got 15 years of fame, all I want is 15 minutes.”
I LOVED Quinn. She looked almost as crazy as Jill. Liana was phenomenal To me, I'd put Quinn in the A tier easily. The way she smiled after losing teeth. To me, 6 was amazing start to finish. I can appreciate what Radio Silence did.
I loved the beginning and I wish the ending worked for me. She was my favorite of the 3 for sure. She took that brick like a champ.
My boys Charlie, Ethan and Stu
No Mickey love?
I actually liked Quinn, she was aggressive and she was the one that fought Gale.
She was tough. Took the
brick to the face like a champ.
She was one of the better female ghostfaces...definitely better than her brother, and better than amber...and better than ritchie
I'm glad you liked the series.

I called Ethan at the beginning of the movie. After the party scene he was wearing a knitted hat with a knife on it, and just his demeanor in the movie was off. My cousin called it being Wayne and Quinn too, but we didn’t know they would all be related to Richie
I don't remember the hat. Good catch.
I never caught onto Quinn
Roman and Scream 3 my favourite BY FAR!!!
It's cool to be hearing this from people, I didn't realize it had such a strong backing.
My favorite is Bily and Jill
Solid picks in my opinion.
We see Greg…he was in the fridge. Saw all sorts of him 😂
🤣
I felt that everything before the killer reveal in Scream VI was so amazing that it could overcome having the worst Ghostface killers. Here's my rankings:
1) Mickey Altieri - Even though he disappeared for 45 minutes before his reveal, the fact that he did all of the killings besides Randy, and managed to get Sidney to question her trust in Derrick, he was a masterful Ghostface.
Great thoughts on everyone. Thanks for taking the time to share it. It really is the Roman retcon that brings him down.
@@SethBailey Exactly. Had he just been Sidney's half-brother, I would have been okay with that. But trying to take some of the edge off of Billy was a bridge (or in this case Bridger) too far.
@@biggsg1934 🤣
I love Wayne bailey , Quinn is solid and her psychoticness feels so natural
But Ethan was poorly written
He should've been more serious and sinister during the reveal and after the reveal
Also he was predictable as he was the only one in the group basically left after Anika died
there wasn't enough red herrings.

Tbh I loves scream 6 killer reveal. I had suspicions about Quinn not being dead because you never saw her actually get stabbed when the rest of the kills were very gory, and we never saw her body.
The more I think about Quinn the more I like her. She bounced right back after getting hit in the face with that brick.

Yasss Jill in S Tier I so agree ❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Jill is the GOAT !
Bro Mickey was a savage. He at minimum deserves to be an A

You put Jill up there before 4 is the first one you saw in theaters. How did Roman have less of a motive? Bias?
Of course, there is bias. That's how this whole opinion thing works. I'd love to hear your ranking.
You ignored Ghostface Killah from the Wu-Tang Clan.
Obviously SSS Tier.
Stu should have been S tier and Mickey A tier.
quinn's the worst ghostface, couldn't finish the 2 girls she had an edge over, killed gale's boyrfriend but struggled on gale herself. she also had to follow up amber and jill's character (2 great and only women ghostface). she had a nice reveal though given the twist.
I think Stu is still out there. I also think he’ll return as Ghostface Scream 7 if they make it

Ha, yeah I have learned that my opinions on the Scream series are not shared by a lot of people.
I totally agree
I agree with Roman dude is literally a cry baby who wants to love
I understand your rankings of Scream 6. I’m just gonna say it. Quinn absolutely sucked. But detective Bailey had some of the best scenes and did a great job pretending. And Ethan was my favorite and he really convinced the group and got all the information.
Agreed with all until you got to Scream 6, they are annoying but they gave us some of the franchise's best moments kill/chase wise so surely have to be at least C tier hm
I might warm up to them over time but I'm not sure I'll get them that high.
@@SethBailey The beauty of the franchise is that everyone's film and killer ranking always fluctuates!!

10. Ethan (very bland and boring)
9. Quinn (smart how she faked her death, but again, boring)
8. Roman (makes no sense how he could teleport around, and a very weak reveal)
7. Stu (unpopular opinion, but he was bland and annoying)
6. Billy (again, bland imo, but he's the original)
5. Charlie (underrated af, a very believable GF, just a crazy film geek who murdered for a girl he liked)
4. Nancy (extremely unexpected, and a very believable and almost sympathetic motive)
3. Mickey (he was like billy and stu, but better and more experienced, loved his motive because of how relevant it was to the time)
2. Amber (a very fun GF, very animated, and didnt find her annoying like stu, found her genuinely unnerving and unpredictable, motive was very relevant to the time when it comes to stan culture and toxic fandoms, and was the first GF to kill a legacy character after the original trilogy, and was also the first gen z GF, and that title feels pretty accuratefor her)

@@SethBailey ya the last video I saw putted them very high up and my brain was confused from another RUclipsr
@@cosmofate9960 Yeah, I'm not sure why some people put it so high. Thanks for sharing your support.
I wouldn’t call Ethan a trash Ghostface that’s a stretch
I agree with the list personally I think Jill is the best Ghostface
That's a bold take and I appreciate you sharing it.
@Seth Bailey Compared to Billy she kept it together longer and took longer before she got sloppy and failed. Plus out of all the Ghostfaces she made it the closest to getting away with it all
@@6PathsGohan Very true.
i respect your opinion but my list would be miles different
I'd love to see your list.
I'm glad they worked for you. I appreciate your comment.
detective bailey was a great ghostface
Gonna have to agree to disagree. Glad it worked for you.
Nah he really was not. I think the killers in this movie were just not very good at all.
@@atimetraveler4910 he was the ghostface in the grocery store
Bailey probably killed Dr Stone and Jason
@@atimetraveler4910 ik that, I’m just saying of the 3, Bailey was definitely the most tactical and was the mastermind of the attacks, and him begging was most likely a ploy to trick them
The only thing that deserves an “F” ranking is your tier list. Scream 6 was awesome and Detective Bailey was great. Ethan and Quinn’s manic, college energy and psychopathy was entertaining. Even Roman doesn’t deserve an F ranking.
🤣
i would technically add Sam as a ghostface killer too. her kill on Detective Bailey was legend
There is an argument to be made. She killed more people than Jason and Greg.
I liked the scream 6 killers! Also there was technically 5 killers in the movie. Detective bailey, quinn, ethan, jason, and greg.
Greg didn't kill anyone so I didn't count him. He would be low too. I'm glad you enjoyed the movie.
I personally liked the killers in 6
I'm glad
Favorite killer i have to say Mickey. There's just something about how Timothy Olyphant playes the role that works. He's not as wild and theatrical as some of the others and i just find him more intimidating then the others.
Worst is still Jill. It's a good idea but i don't think they pulled it off. The writing and acting just fell short.
I appreciate a different take on it. Thanks for taking the time to share.
Stu was being manipulated so doesn't get in the S tier.
Billy was being manipulated by Roman 😂
Not when they wrote the movie, so it doesn't knock him down for me. Would you put Billy down or boost Stu up?
@@SethBailey billy and stu both top tier for me
If only the Ghostfaces from the TV series are ever included.
I haven't seen the show and didn't have time to watch it before putting the list together. Would you recommend it?
@@SethBailey I recommend all 3 season to watch.
I'll have to give them a try.
@@SethBailey Yes please watch everything Scream and a fourth season allegedly in talks.
How about the scream TV series
You could just put these where they are in this and do a separate one for the people who've seen the shows. I would even include back story killers and the Halloween special killer.
I need to watch the show. People told me they liked it so now I need to give it a try.
Ghost face felt like he had experience and is angry. It should have been stu
If it has been Stu I would have lost my mind, in a good way.
@@SethBailey the killers just did feel like they deserves the ghost face that was given to them. This one didnt care.
Personally, I would probably put Detective Bailey and Quinn in D Tier, and Ethan can remain in F tier with Roman.
Quinn is tough. No fight from me on that edit.
Stu is S tier. Simple as that.
My favorite is Sam 🙂
The Best: Billy Loomis, Stu Macher And Roman Bridger.
Good/ Mid: Mickey Altieri, Nancy Loomis, Jill Roberts, Charlie Walker, Richie Kirsch, Wayne Bailey, Quinn Bailey, Ethan Landry And Jason Carvey.
The Worst: Amber Freeman.
Why The Hell Roman is F Him Only use Voice Charger it call be smart
if you ask me there is only 12 ghostface killers because flash thompson is not exualy a killer because witch ghostface did die in first 10 min in movie? And who is with me drop a like.
BTW my ranking is
1.-Billy
2.-Stu
3.-Mickey
4.-Roman
5.-Mis Lomis
6.-Jill
7.-Richie
8.-Baley
9.-Amber
10.-Quinie
11.-Ethan
12.-Charlie
I'll like even though obviously I disagree. That's a solid ranking. Thanks for taking the time to share it.
@@SethBailey thank you!
I’ll never forgive him for killing Jennifer though 😂
11) Jason - He was a pretty crappy ghostface really.
He has one of the most brutal murders in the franchise when he butchers Olivia but his whole demeanour is just a bit…….. pathetic. He’s always just universally bottom of the list 😂
Sorry for the long list but had to get my two cents in!
Thanks for taking the time to charge your list. It's very solid and thought out! Glad you enjoyed the new movie.
Roman F? Miky C? They deserve more... Mikey is S tier 😢
I've heard a lot of people wanting me to move Roman up, but I don't know if I've seen a call for Mickey in S.
@@SethBailey You reminded me MrLoomis, ahh Mikey, there is not gonna be a trial 🤣🤣 Yea, Roman deserves more..
it’s a not for me, i didn’t really like the cop, but i like quinn and ethan
He got crazy real quick.
I’d switch Dermot and Charlie- otherwise i agree. So many excellent killers - just not so much in the recent one
greg should be in s
🤣
I always liked Richie I would have giving him a b
Dude, you spoiled Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. I came here to watch a Scream Ghostface tier list. Man, that sucks.
My bad.
You’re missing the other killer from the beginning. Yeah we only saw him dead, but we don’t conclusively know he hasn’t killed before… also he’s definitely put the costume on in private at least
Sidney and Sam wore the costume too. That doesn't make you a Ghostface killer.
@@SethBailey honestly, it’s only a matter of time
@@aldendomino3523 I wouldn't be against it.
@@SethBailey the killers for 7 should be Sam and Sidney, but the victims should be the people on the stab subreddit or something, or on that class that had 3 killers in it
I thought the killers were good in scream 6 but the reveal was just kinda weird
I'm glad you liked them.
@@SethBailey you replied so fast
now as a die hard scream fan (account name shows) and a respectful human being i respect your opinion and love hearing new sides. as for my opinion that id like to share and hopefully help your judgement, id put charlie in F because of him pretty much doing this single handedly for Jill and her love, which i really dont like.
Jason in d? He was a straight up f and amber was not better than Mrs Loomis but I respect your opinion
ha, yeah, in the moment I let my dislike for the rest of the Scream 6 killers push Jason up to a place he doesn't belong.
@@SethBailey that makes mire sens3
