Thanks man! I watched the Directors Cut Blu-Ray that came with it after I made this video & its JUST AS GREAT! I would argue maybe a little better even than the 4K 🤔... That's subjective lol it's just 1 version with HDR & the other without but I can confidently say both discs, even though 1 just is an 2K scan & the other 4K, they look the exact same color wise
😂 I bout the Blu-ray for $6 literally a week before the 4k went on preorder lol I never even watched it before making this video lol I was just gonna wait for the 4k anyways. It doesn’t even have a Blu-ray menu, starts right away. Waste! 😂
Kino Lorber 4Ks always have a 10,000 unit first print run that includes the slipcover except for The Good, The Bad and The Ugly which had 5,000 and Silence of the Lambs which had 20,000.
Bro my wife makes fun of me for loving this movie almost skipped the 4k but I need it now. Laser Disc is something I want to get into but I never find them in the wild. I could see myself having no self control getting them off eBay.

Yea I’ve seen 1 or 2 laserdiscs in the wild I almost picked up, I saw a 007 Moonraker 1 with this amazing artwork at a half price books but never grabbed it

The colors match 4K for sure.

Yes, Cry Baby is such a good movie, but it's not my favorite John Waters film. Cecil B. Demented is amazing, and I pray it gets a 4K release soon.
I've actually never seen that 1. Ive only seen Cry Baby, Hairspray, & Pink Flamingos. I want to see A Dirty Shame.
