Master touch is fantastic. I bought a new one but found a like new one barely used on Facebook Marketplace for $55 and they threw in accessories. Great deal.
Before the Chiefs won the Super Bowl everyone in the world called these steaks KC Strips which is the correct name. After the Chiefs won the Super Bowl everyone started calling these steaks ny strip out of jealousy and envy.
Where I originate from they are actually just called "Strip Loin"... According to Wikipedia here in the US they are known as: "Ambassador Steak, Boneless Club Steak, Hotel-Style Steak, Kansas City Steak, New York Steak, Top Loin, and Veiny Steak. (Veiny steak - who came up with that one?)" As long as they are juicy and cooked to your favorite temperature is what really matters...
To each their own - nothing wrong with grilling steaks directly on the grill as demonstrated here. I have also cooked delicious steaks directly over an open fire with no grill at all - still tastes great. If you prefer using a grilling grate - that is fine too.
I am grilling ny steak for the first time and this video is helpful. Thanks
Most every time I grill I throw on a pack of hot dogs - I mean why not right? Great video!
Great vid sir! to the point. Those steaks look awesome! Been grilling for years now but i always like to look for different methods. Thank you!
One of the best parts of grilling is learning new methods! Appreciate the comment.
Good stuff. Although I’d recommend using the vortex to concentrate the heat over the grate.
The vortex is certainly a great option to get that perfect sear!
How do you like the master touch grill? I'm looking to get one.
I think it is a great grill. Quality build and a good size for general use. Can't go wrong with a Weber. Check out my Master Touch unboxing video...
It's Everything you need
