Can we implement screen flow main functionality in process flow.. if yes how to implement the same?
Do you mean to navigate from one screen to other?
We can use the OOTB back button onto the UI screen or we can do few custom modifications.

In the screen flow on the start shape we have option save on last step if we are not selecting this check box then we can save on each step right
If we enable, then the data will persist at the last step.
