thank you so much for this reading bc it really resonated ❤️ i've been down in the dumps for bit bc life is not easy rn, and a lot of the things in this reading made me feel better and hit close to home bc they described my exact situation (so much so that i even cried, which is something i usually don't do. not bc of pride or i don't want to, but w/ the way i was raised and my environment, vulnerable emotions were scorned, discouraged, and used for humiliation, so as i grew up i slowly lost the ability to cry to not only protect myself but bc that conditioning was drilled into me. as i've been healing from childhood trauma and abuse and unlearning my conditioning, one of the things i'm actively working on is crying and letting myself cry.) and when you described parents and someone saying "i'm sorry", i believe you were talking about my mom. both of my parents are still alive, but they were divorced before i was born and my mom got primary custody of me, while i visited my dad occasionally. both of my parents were/are emotionally unavailable bc of their own trauma they have yet to work through, and bc in my culture displaying emotions (especially negative ones) is looked down upon. most of my trauma and abuse stems from my mother and the way she raised me, but i realized a few years ago that she's the way she is bc of trauma and her failed attempt to break my family's generational trauma cycle. though over the course of the past 5 years, she's had examples of good parenting around her and i think these good examples have shown her where not only her mother lacked in raising her, but how she inherited that same lack and done the same things to my brother and i. and this has created some sadness and resentment in me (that i'm currently in the process of letting go/coming to peace with bc holding these emotions is not helping me and certainly not helping the dynamic and situation get any better). however, i can see that she's starting to recognize the error and harm in her ways and feels remorse for it, so she's trying her best to course correct and make up for it. but the number one thing that i've always wanted from her was an apology and accountability for her actions, but i accepted that i'd never get it bc she's very prideful and doesn't like acknowledging and taking accountability when she's wrong, though this reading has helped open my perspective. my mother still struggles with emotions and displaying and verbalizing them, but i think the "i'm sorry" from the reading was her higher self saying it bc she's currently unable to say it in the 3d atm. so it gives me hope that if her higher self is saying it, hopefully one day she'll heal enough to say it in person too.

I had to pause this after functional depression because you almost made me cry in my job……I never really get to tell my story of being physically abused by my dad being beat in the head until I was unconscious and my mom being the person who sent him to do it and it’s like I’m functional and I give love in the world but I’m so sad and mad all the time but I’m so numb that I don’t even realize it because I was trained to not show emotions but then I’m a healer at the same time so I always take others pain away because that’s what I feel called to do but I’m feeling at the end of my ropes when I have to be strong for everyone else and still work just to pay bills I just don’t know what to do ….ive spoken with therapists and I have grown a lot through my own spiritual walk but that pain and trauma is still so present I’m just a functional depression
