Reporters don't know the right questions to ask. Coach Flea keeps saying it's not the schemes, but when they run the ball, all they scheme is a zone-read hand-off up the middle. No counters, no draws, no off-tackles, no pitches or reverses. Just a plain zone-read up the middle lazy hand-off. If that is not a scheme issue I don't know what is.
@donardnoel3101 Pat calls a heck of a game everytime. You cant force running the ball when the oline can't move anybody. When they block well, he keeps running. When they stay at the line or get pushed back for 3 n outs he stops running
Coach flea said something….RBs are only expected to run the ball maybe 10 dedicated times. Out of 60 plays? They need to up that number. 15-20 needs to be the range. If they do that Sheduer will have 400 yards passing a game. Of course I know the game tempo and defense play a roll in play calling.
The CU backs have to learn how to make someone miss. They just run to the place the blockers and the defense are and rarely if ever try to bounce it outside (or inside if need be). And why don't they use more slot receiver motion, to use some of those explosive players more in the running game, as well. The run game seems very bland. I hope they get it together soon. Sko Buffs!
Now see, I don't like what I'm hearing, Charlie can't do shit, the coaching needs to peek! They have based this offense on Shadeur, that cool because he can ball, the running is stagnate & it's too late to fix! Someone needs to step up these last 2 games running that ball!

It’s run blocking and scheme but he has to watch what he says to the media. I’m sure Pat Shurmur will not be the OC next season.
