I am starting BBBE with 2kk on Sunday. I have been keto for two years, but haven’t stopped the Diet Coke and I eat a lot of dairy. So I’m hoping this challenge will help put that in perspective. I already placed a second order on the new butterscotch flavor, but it will be there for when I’m done with the challenge. Ditto re snacking. A snack can easily turn into an add'l meal...which can turn into a binge...and down the rabbit hole we go. Cwyes says it best..."a snack is an emotional event." I have found that to be true 99.9% of the time.
I so feel that. I have found myself doing that too on occasion. Its like I walk around bored or not wanting to start a project, when I just really need to go to bed.

I’ve been using 2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil & 2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in my Keto Chows for the last month or so. Blood pressure & blood sugar readings have gone down. And I love the way it tastes!!!
Butter is made from the fat of milk and contains very little lactose and milk proteins, which are the components that most people with dairy sensitivities or lactose intolerance have trouble digesting.
Many people do extremely well with heavy cream, some people do not. If you don't do well with it, you'd want to cut it out, if it's working for you, don't worry about it.

I'm so glad you are doing BBBE it is so good at resetting you. I think I'm going to do it to. Or at least carnivore for a while. I need a reset.

Good tips ! I find if I’m not mindful late at night I will snack even though I’m not hunger ! Then I wake up feeling tired and cranky !

If we have to watch the heavy cream, are you saying that it would be best not to use heavy cream when making Keto Chow? Would butter be best?

I am putting heavy cream in my KetoChow as directed....am I confused??
Many people do extremely well with heavy cream, some people do not. If you don't do well with it, you'd want to cut it out, if it's working for you, don't worry about it.
I t works better for me when I use 1/2 the amount of heavy cream called for and add almond milk for the remainder..
