    So expandy! Good for supplemental gear or a wander away from camp, probably. So many options and straps! I do groove the wing pockets. Not sure if it's for me - I might lose my stuff in all the pockets 😅 the 3 points option is really cool, too.

      Exactly! I don’t think I’d ever start in the full expanded layout but great for stowing stuff you collect or want to put away along the way. And same, love the padded wing pockets. Thanks for taking a look!! 👊🏼👊🏼

    Fold it up man! You wont regret it! Makes the sling sticks to the body better And fix up one side of the main strap permanently so that one side moves.i added a shoulder pad on mine

      @UncommonEDC  8 месяцев назад +1

      I’ll definitely try that out. What shoulder pad are you using for yours? Thanks for watching!

    Reminds me of those windbreaker jackets that fold into themselves. Very clever storage space 👏🏽

      Haha spot on, we got a similar backpack from going gear awhile back to. Thanks for tuning in! 👊🏼⚔️

    I just bought one like 2 hours ago, i got the Tropic color. I was looking for a lighter pack compared to my Maxpedition Kodiak because summer is coming soon here in Cali and i need to be able shed layer but still have a way to store them this will be my summer pack this year.

    • @UncommonEDC
      @UncommonEDC  6 месяцев назад

      Awesome, hope you enjoy it. How is the Kodiak? It seems like a nice in between size between this and a full size backpack.
      Thanks for watching!

      @@UncommonEDC Its bullet proof. I Esk8 right so ive had a share falls and bail outs ok and falling with the backpack on skidding on the pavements on the side with the pack scraping the ground its held up to even that all the stitching is rock solid. Its water proof to an extent where the pack could be soaked on the outside yet it drys quick i even sprayed it down with Nikwax. Organization is good and plenty. The pack is on the heavy side yes but i got used to that in about a month. Ive bought another one to replace it when i gave the one i had away to my family.

    Not sure how I feel about the outer cross straps but overall I dig it!

      Yeah, I kind of like the way they look but they definitely make it look a bit busy up front. Thanks for taking a look!

    I think the original of this kind of bag that can fold on the back is from a french bag company called Cote & Ciel
