When we start to install the downloaded file the connect symbol come and message "New device is now connected" come but installation process that appear on the screen never stopped, even many hours. shall I stop it manually?

I'm stuck at USB not detected
While installing the drivers pakage.
In short USB port not configuring.
Hellow sir, mera issue yeh hai ki mera printer phele mere laptop me sahi chal raha tha, uske baad 1 din scanner error ka message aaya aur chalna band ho gya. Maine tab fir se printer install kar diya, kuch din to printer sahi chala, ab printer chal bhi nahi rha hai aur install bhi nahi ho raha hai. Jabki durse laptop me mera printer sahi kaam kar raha hai. Have you any solution? Please share with me.

मेरा लैपटोप एच पी का है और उसमें विंडो 10, 64 बिट लोड है। सोफ़्ट्वेयर डाउनलोड करने में कोई समस्या नहीं हुई। लेकिन इन्स्टाल करने में बहुत समय बीत जाता है , लेकिन होता नहीं है। न कोई एरर मेसैज आता है। प्रिंटर कनेक्टेड है। क्या समस्या है, पता चल नहीं पा रहा है।
