And worst of all, so many contestants were robbed of first place just so they could keep the more popular ones on. And most of all I’m still salty that Sandy didn’t win.
I'm mad Lauren didn't go home and Clara did in the semi final. The challenge was to create a snack that encompassed the flavor of a meal. Sandy had sushi in a trail mix, Clara had a breakfast sandwich in a cookie. Lauren had ramen as...ramen. Like...she didn't meet the brief IMHO.

Im on 2nd episode but somehow felt the challenges are too difficult? How is it none of them can get it right? Recreating something that is made in factory within just 90mins doesnt seems right
Yeah, the hosts are terrible. The guy has a little potential, but the female is absolutely horrible. Overall I like the concept and the rest of the show is fun to watch. However, to save it, you need to get a better host situation.
Maybe it is just me, but the host/judge, Helen Park is sooooo negative! She almost never gives a solid review, although she still eats the snacks. Kinda like, "Fill the bucket and then kick it over."
No bad comments on the popcorn and they give to Lauren be she clearly lost the previous challenge but still kept I knew at that point she would win the whole thing , horrible judges
I have watched 5 episodes and the Asian judge has not said a single positive thing. She makes the show awkward to watch from the way she stands with her legs wide apart to the way she opens her mouth wide open and forces the food in between her teeth. Oh and let’s not forget the ridiculous wigs she wears. Hopefully this show will come back for a second season with a different judge.
Everything said from this comment, I have noticed as well!! It’s so funny & the show gives me mixed feelings, contestants are better off being judged through a voice whatever whatever like big brother. I came to the comment just so I didn’t feel too judgey about this series. Turns out I’m not the only one 😵💫
These 4 hosts and judges personalities didnt match with each other at all thus several awkward moments throughout the show. If they are planning to have season 2, i hope they change the hosts.
Asian judge was flat out negative the entire show. Every time she spoke she had something rude to say without giving much grace. I appreciate the one girl comedian that was trying to be positive but If they decide to make another season…they without a doubt need new host/judges. Plenty awkward moments… & lastly, sandy was robbed from a deserved win.
I think it is hilarious that Netflix was so cheep that I would not buy the rights to show all of the snacks hanging on the wall of the studio. They had to turn snacks around so you could not see the brand names of them! I also find the whole idea of this pretentious. Leave the snacks alone - why reinvent the snack - it stands on it own! -People your running out of ideas!

There's no connection, just a bunch of looney fans that think she deserves some kind of recognition because she tries to recreate snacks on a youtube channel like it's a trademark or something, really pathetic. If I was Claire, I'd be cringing.
she is a chef who created Gourmet Makes on youtube, a series where she goes in depth trying to analyze and recreate snacks like this. people are commenting about her because this show seems like a cheap rip-off of her interesting ideas.
I also think that it's nice to see pasta in a snack way but they thinking it's profitable hell nah pasta will go into traditional way for a long time and popcorn in the market is growing because of having lots of option and it will grow, and that asian lady is wrong
Their using the exact same song used in 101 Dalmatian Street's bumper music on Disney XD for this trailer. Gosh, a lot of songs Disney XD uses ends up being used in Netflix trailers for some reason?
I think Show has really good potential! Contestant and Judges were good, but please remove the hosts and the so called ‘comedians’ they are akward af. Great Concept though! Done for season 2
I watched with lots of hopes but I watched the first two ep and was like nah. Coz wtf did they make those Cheetos and Pringles. Sorry but the dedication while making them was zero. They didn't have a right plan. I have made Cheetos before and trust me I made them way better. I mean it's common sense moisture in the food can make the oil splatter while frying them and u are telling me these people didn't know that? Even amature chefs or people that literally cook at home know that.
Obviously they focused on checking boxes for diversity and even excluded some. I guess there’s no straight white women over 40 who are chefs out there who competed. 😂
Both hosts were sus af, but the female host in particular was painful to watch. What exactly makes them “comedians?” I like Netflix’s range of cooking shows/competitions, but their selection of hosts is inexplicable. Cook at All Costs worked because the host was also a chef (I think?) and had onscreen presence. How the hosts for shows such as The Barbecue Showdown or this one are selected is… mind boggling. Awkward, unfunny, and they add nothing to the show. Even the cricket joke was so badly delivered, and it was the only legit joke the pair managed to crack. The female host looks like she is trying to mimic a baby by speaking in those bizarre high-pitched cringe-cutesy tones. Amazing concept though, although I was hoping the first round would actually add to something.

Yeah, the hosts are terrible. The guy has a little potential, but the female is absolutely horrible. Overall I like the concept and the rest of the show is fun to watch. However, to save it, you need to get a better host situation.
First Trixie and now Claire??? Netflix stealing from all our faves
Wait, what idea did they steal from Trixie??
@@srd1997 they are releasing a show with Antoni Porowski using an Easy Bake Oven.
@@hectormercado9209 Oh shit, you're right, Netflick is really screwing us over
omg just noticed this
I love this show
Maybe it is just me, but the host/judge, Helen Park is sooooo negative! She almost never gives a solid review, although she still eats the snacks. Kinda like, "Fill the bucket and then kick it over."
What can't San Francisco hipsters ruin?
Umm yah, you can credit Claire and bring her on as a judge. Totally stolen concept.
The core problem of obesity in any country, junk food
yup, but it's only Americans that turn this garbage into what they would like to call entertainment.
No bad comments on the popcorn and they give to Lauren be she clearly lost the previous challenge but still kept I knew at that point she would win the whole thing , horrible judges
Nothing BAD said about Lauren too though, your Point?
Cringe af…….

Why does he look a lot like Rick Mitchell from the Mitchells VS The Machines?
These 4 hosts and judges personalities didnt match with each other at all thus several awkward moments throughout the show. If they are planning to have season 2, i hope they change the hosts.
Asian judge was flat out negative the entire show. Every time she spoke she had something rude to say without giving much grace. I appreciate the one girl comedian that was trying to be positive but If they decide to make another season…they without a doubt need new host/judges. Plenty awkward moments…
& lastly, sandy was robbed from a deserved win.
Should have had amateur cooks on here instead of food scientists and trained chefs
IMO I Like the concept
I don't like none of these judges.
Love snack since young
Love this show!
Cancel his funding. Cancel scrimmage. Repair the mission.
Can someone explain why everyone talk about Claire ? Who is she ? What the connexion between her an this show ? I’m French I don’t understand that
There's no connection, just a bunch of looney fans that think she deserves some kind of recognition because she tries to recreate snacks on a youtube channel like it's a trademark or something, really pathetic. If I was Claire, I'd be cringing.
@@MrAdeist ohh ok thank you, yea I would be cringing too like wtf people so weird
she is a chef who created Gourmet Makes on youtube, a series where she goes in depth trying to analyze and recreate snacks like this. people are commenting about her because this show seems like a cheap rip-off of her interesting ideas.
I also think that it's nice to see pasta in a snack way but they thinking it's profitable hell nah pasta will go into traditional way for a long time and popcorn in the market is growing because of having lots of option and it will grow, and that asian lady is wrong
Danny😊
Their using the exact same song used in 101 Dalmatian Street's bumper music on Disney XD for this trailer. Gosh, a lot of songs Disney XD uses ends up being used in Netflix trailers for some reason?
I think Show has really good potential! Contestant and Judges were good, but please remove the hosts and the so called ‘comedians’ they are akward af. Great Concept though! Done for season 2
I made my own snack thought named study time
Well if Netflix was going for a slam dunk with this one it is a EPIC FAILURE 👎👎👎👎
does no one remember rewrapped
Damn you have a lot to say
3 videos in 1 day 🤯
I watched with lots of hopes but I watched the first two ep and was like nah.
Your 2 hosts/comedians are neither good hosts or funny !
Mount a fairy snacks professionals
Why isn’t Hari Kondabolu in the trailer???
por nadie lo quiere por estúpido y 🤡🤡🤡 pobre inbecil
Crappy Judges!!!!!!! Not good at all. One judge was ok. The White Lady/Girl with long hair was nice. The other Judges su*****.
u clearly didn’t watch the end
Y'all in the comments complain too much lol
Having watched this show I'm actually shocked by how measured and kind the comments are.
Looking for this comment🫶🏻
Tried to watch but when I noticed the host is the crybaby who got Apu off the air, no thanks
0/10 this show is everything wrong with casting for diversity instead of competency.
Obviously they focused on checking boxes for diversity and even excluded some. I guess there’s no straight white women over 40 who are chefs out there who competed. 😂
Both hosts were sus af, but the female host in particular was painful to watch. What exactly makes them “comedians?”
I like Netflix’s range of cooking shows/competitions, but their selection of hosts is inexplicable.
A lot of overacting by the hosts
Me parecieron pésimas las decisiones de los que juzgan no me gustó ese aspecto en varias rondas me fijé que no era muy justo... Deje de verlo por eso por lo demás muy. Buena
Wow
Netflix, the great American panderers.
The only criteria is to check every socio-demographic box
Host performance was not professional, really ruined the show
This show is so uptight and booooooring. Judges and hosts didnt help.😴😴😴
cringe
Hello everybody, I hope you have a good time. I have a novel and it is somehow a mixture of the world of the game of thrones and the lord of the rings, but I don’t know how to expand it if somebody does, please inform me.
So you stole this from Claire
0:01 wtf is that on the left
suruh mak cik kampung masuk. segala2 kuih raya dia buat tutup mata je
Hosts blew. And wtf is up with luna tic. 🤷🏿
