I do that a lot and find the process extremely fun and in the end rewarding. You eventually come up with a blend that's all your own & it saves you a ton of cash. My fav oils are Argan, hemp, and rosehip. x

Hey Anna, I feel your pain! I used to get tight calves as well. I would do 12 sessions a week training for triathlons. The biggest help is going for a swim after your run! Loosens the muscles amazingly! While improving your core and breath control. If you still need that extra help, a magnesium supplement is common among elite sportspeople and works a charm! Darling, I think that the reason you are having all this pain is because of your bad posture while you're running! Believe me, from experience, I can say that bad posture is the reason why I had a lot of pain after I started to run more seriously. I hope that you feel better soon!
ViviannaDoesMakeup I've found that meditation really helps with my posture. I try to sit for 30 minutes every morning and stay still for that entire time. It's done wonders for the strength of my back, (but you do have to work through a lot of soreness the first few times as your body gets used to it)!

I wish I could try out concealers like the Clarins one or the Nars creamy whateveritscalled, but my skin is soooo fair that even the lightest colours are always too dark. I can never do the whole highlight in the middle of the face, because my concealer is never lighter than my foundation, lol!
Would you say the tom ford spice is similar to the new max factor cream eyeshadow pot? The bronze one? I can't remember the exact name but they have literally hit the shelves, they are very pigmented & shimmery?? x

Working on the posture problems - giving yoga and Pilates a go to build some strength in my back so hopefully that will help! :)

That's a toughie, but I'd have the say the Matte Lip Pencils - they're just SO long lasting and I love the red shades :)
