Default Emma is a bunny girl who loves fashion (according to a Kikagoods blogpost). However Emma can also be a sheep or a deer or rams or kitties or even other animals - she's from the Secret Forest (the full IP name being Emma Secret Forest) so a full set will make a forest scene of different animals all come together. But they're still all Emma.
From what I've learned from other youtubers Emma sets are all Emma and always have one figure with a plate.
Not always but a few of them do! I own all the sets, and there’s about 4 or so of them that don’t have plates.

i like the gray emma bc the green colour in her outfit is weirdly beautiful even tho im not the biggest fan of greens, the sleeping candle because she is definitely giving off the cinna vibes and omg of course the cup, she's such a cutie!!

I have 3 from this set and I only copped them because A they were cheap and B I wanted the flocked black cat Emma so bad. I have yet to get the cat or the candle but the ones I have look super cute at my cubicle at work
