I do walking on drop off and to collect my son, weekends I do try a 30min workout or to take my 5yo to the park. So much cleaning to do everyday honestly doc said I have a tennis elbow 😅 what...I brought a medi paq elbow support strap. I feel like an elderly women. I'm not even 40 yet. I love gardening listening to the birds, being around nature, but no garden, living in a flat Alhamdurillah.

Oh i love reading,and i do love to hold a book not to read digital books. Now i only read when i take daughter to music school and then i have about 1 hour to myself which i read a book. I try just to get book after i finished one,otherwise i will start stressing that i dont have time wheb to read 😢
