I know this is a year after the video but for your parking brake issue, is it possible to take the handle off and flip it so instead of it bending out and away from the mower it would bend towards the mower? If thats possible, that should keep it out of the way
Shawn, been there did that. Its like hearding cats. Put an anchor point on the floor at the front of the trailer ( make sure to bolt thru a floor joist). Now you can hook a pulley thru that and use a rope to pull the dead mower into the trailer.
Hi, This is Simon with Bradley Mowers, thanks for the feedback, I will work with our team to see if there is anything we can do to update the design. thank you.
I have the same issue with that parking brake on my 36 inch Bradley mower, please be careful manually pushing that mower it is over 950lbs. I recommend getting a tow chain to pull those mowers I also had to replace that trans belt what a nightmare.
IKR, I was gonna change it myself but it was too crazy for me to get to it. Maybe you can do a video for me. I plan on getting a winch at some point to help with moving when stuff likes that happens.
Just bought a new bradley 36 a few months ago and that brake handle is still the same. Got me a couple times. Im debating on either bending it in more or putting some type of deflector there.
I hope you released the hydros before pushing. Seems like it should be easier to move, especially for a 36. It takes vigilance to not hit certain things while mowing, but if it happens that often, you need a way to keep the parking brake from accidentally being engaged.... maybe drilling a hole in the handle and finding a way to hook a little length of chain to keep the handle in the down positive no matter what hits it. Then when you're ready to engage the brake, you just unchain it, and do your thing. Stay away from those branches 😂
Yeah, I released the hydros, I don't remember if I said that or not. But I had to push up hill in the back yard. I'm looking at some other options for the brake.
Always strap your mowers down and use a heavy duty strap. They won't roll with the parking brake on but they will bounce around, so much so that my zero turn snapped a lightweight ratchet strap that I was using to keep it in place. I was surprised
Can you be more clear on “it” being a piece of junk with your vocabulary? If you’re talking about the design of the parking brake I would agree, but if the “it” is referring to the mower, you don’t know what you’re talking about. I’ve had this mower for 3 seasons now and it mows incredible and has made me plenty of money to help provide for myself and my family. Don’t put down equipment if you don’t know anything about it other than what other people say or had a few bad experiences trying it. Either way Bradley Mowers are decent budget friendly mowers.
@@greenhillscustomlawncarell1139 Nope again, they are good mowers just more affordable than the rest. If you want to spend money on more expensive mowers that’s your business, just don’t shoot on the guys that would rather put our money somewhere else.

No the way its made is one sided, I will check again to be sure.

Good idea
Yes sir this is real had belt go out last season wore me out getting it out of the yard and on the trailer I had a small winch and still wore me out!
Lol, I know what you mean.
Bought my bradley 36 inch mainly for gates, has a really nice cut. Great mower so far no problems.
Yeah me too, it’s good for that
I’ve had mine 4 years never had a problem
Don't hurt your back man!!!! That's a good looking property!!!!! I have never had a belt break!
Yeah it is, I like doing it. I got a few in that neighborhood.
Keep grinding there my brother.
Yes sir
You get what you pay for!😢 Buy a Ferris! 3 X the price!😊
I actually like Ferris mowers, nothing wrong with the Bradley 36 tho, just needs some reworking.

Contact me I have some other questions
You need to mount a electric winch in your trailer
Get one with a remote control
That’s and old video I don’t have a trailer anymore but I do plan on doing something similar to the box truck

The struggle is real! Gotta be patient on those frustrating times. I plan on getting a battery drill winch for stuff like that 💪
Yeah, me too

Yeah, I wanna see if I can either make something or replace it with something else, thanks for watching
All mowers have problems don’t matter what brands you buy….
Agreed
I was wondering if you ever fixed the issue with the parking brake. I also was wondering the brand of the different racks you use in your trailer.
No I haven’t, I just try to be very careful when I go around things. I use equipment defender racks to secure my equipment
Get a torch and bend it toward the mower
I didnt think about that thanks
Man that looked annoying! Makes me want to invest in a winch for such an emergency scenario.
Yeah for sure. I need a better one

How many hr is on your 52
Not sure, exact amount but I think it a little over 400 hours
hey bro I'm thinking about getting an enclosed trailer too this year, do you have to strap the mower up inside?
I don’t I use wood pieces on the floor to keep them from moving

The struggle is real!!! I know all about pushing and pulling my mowers with my other mowers!
Yeah, huge design flaw with the belt and fan location.
