Nice to see all of the RUclipsrs. 8 Bit Guy, Adrian, LGR. But why didn't you take a look at Usagi Electric? He's a very nice Guy and has a very interesting channel. He's into very old computers, such as Centurion or Bendix. Good content. Because of the channel of Adrian, I found your channel. Also fine stuff. Like it. 👍
This is so awesome to see. Thanks for sharing it with us Tom. Cool to see the 8-bit guy's table (I'm subscribed to his channel too). Was the guy from LGR a part of the RUclips panel? (I can't remember his name). It's really amazing to see all of this old tech, I'm nerding out over here.
Hey, thanks, my friend! Glad you enjoyed it. Yep, that's the guy from LGR. It was very easy to nerd out there. I'm thinking about going to the Chicago one this fall.
Wow, so cool... Tom, thank you for the video :) I really hope to be able, in the future, to be there at one of those Vintage Festivals! Did you use a camera or a phone to record this? Just curios... Keep up with this wonderful work 👍
I Gotta Figure Out when something like this is going on Around South East Mich., Hell I'll Drive to the Weside if theres one in Grand Rapids LOL Really Cool Stuff Sir!
We were forced to use Apple 2G's in school, Pretty cool back then all the varieties of computers with different systems you could use. Then it all became an IBM/Microsoft Monopoly. Couldn't make it this year. Was this one bigger? That guy who modded the C64, should sell them. Best mod I've seen done for it.
You know what footage of these festivals never have? SCANDAL. Like someone says, "Hey check it out dudes, I networked these ten VIC-20s together NATIVELY." And then someone discovers a hidden Raspberry Pi and tcpser or something and then someone gets burned alive in a giant wicker man. That NEVER HAPPENS.
Glad you enjoyed the show! For an MSX you can always build an Omega Home Computer. I built one and it's pretty slick. :) I hope you got to go out to the National Videogame Museum while in town. Also, it was nice to see my machines in your video at 9:20 - all from the late 70s! An EVK 300, SWTPC 6800, Prompt 80, and a SYM-1.
Was there two weeks ago for the first time.. Really cool, also the final arcade room was awesome. All working and all classics, nothing obscure. Also, I was amazed at the prices on the Tshirts in the gift shop. 21 bucks...I got the Atari Adventure dragon one.
8:20 I think this was Bob's table, I liked his layout! Thanks for the video and showing this to us!
Thanks for Watching!
A lot of nice nostalgic hardware on display there, and good to see you taking it in with felllow RUclipsrs!
It was great! I enjoyed the whole ambiance!

I'm not familiar with his channel. I will have to check it out! Thanks for Watching!
Dig the new intro, Tom! Looks like a great event!

@6:04 - Yes, I recognize myself sitting on the first row! 😁
Nice! Thanks for Watching!
Loved RUN Magazine back in the day. That and Compute! were my favorites. Maybe do an episode where you flip through all those old RUN mags?
Hey, that's not a bad idea! Thanks!
Thanks. You can mail my check to... 😏

Hello, my friend!! I used my phone to record all of this footage. If you ever come to VCFSW would love to meet you.

@@FloppyDeepDive Thats a Possibility, Chi-Town been a Lil Nuts lately, but we shall see
Rather than wait for an MSX machine, why not buy a Nabu as it runs plenty of MSX games and can do CP/M too !
Thanks for the tip! Thanks for Watching!

Lol, nope. No scandals, yet! 😆
