Garadu isn’t sweet potato pramodbhai it’s a type of purple yam ka variety
I think the masala they put with salt and lemon is jeeravan masala which is an Indore specialty

Very costly.. everything overpriced.. ek dahi vada 70/- seriously..we ate unlimited thali at 150/- at sai prasad Indore junction that too with 12 items including paneer
