- Renting a cabin in the hills of jamaica for a day: Firstly! Happy May 1st! I am writing to you from Jamaica. An insight on this video: My sister and I decided to rent a cabin for her birthday for a day .We ended up choosing the Holywell Park where we stayed at the "Hot Lips" cabin. This specific one is a cozy one-bedroom cabin with a small sitting area and kitchenette. It comes equipped with everything you need! From kitchen utencils to towels to soaps, pillows etc.
Here are some facts about Holywell:
Entrance fee : $400 JMD . However if you rent a cabin, your entrance fee is waived.
Holywell offers expansive picnic areas with barbeque pits and gazebos. It is also home to the Blue and John Crow National Park Visitors' Center, where you can learn more about Jamaica's only national park. There's a Children's Discovery Zone, and coffee and farm tours are also available (from visitJamaica.com).

Start d before the pandemic then left and went back again, in total I spent 5 months

Next time lighting the coal stove get a dried box drinks box tear it up and put it under the bottom of the coal stove then put the rack with the coal on top
The fire beneath will flame the coals above

8000JMD? .... WOW that sounds lik a deal... is it per person?
It was a good deal. No the 8,000 is to rent the cabin, not per person. So if you rent it with 4 friends, for example, you all would split the 8,000 in 4. Awesome right? Also the views there are breathtaking. Def recommend!

hahah good question. No we didn't. We saw a little spider in our shower which was not harmful though. If you are scared of insects I think you would be fine here.

Good question, I think there was or maybe not. I don't fully remember. I don't think so.

From Greater Portmore. But it's only a one hour drive from Papine.
What's the procedure for reservation if there's any?
You have to email the Jamaican Conservation and Development Trust and let them know you are interested in booking a cabin, or you can call the number on google.
Heyy what’s the overall cost of the cabin?
The cabin is 8000JMD per night; that's what we paid in total.

Hi Ashley! Yes you have a shower in the room. The water pressure was doable but a bit low and it's COLD lol , no warm water.

lol Its not a stressful age it jus seemed like it came so quickly and I was just so grateful that the Lord speared my life for another year in spite of everything and still provides. In the video it just really hit me that I'm getting old haha
