    Couple of relavent corrections.
    Its 5% exp per pokemon
    Exp share splits is 50%, 10, 10 ,10 ,10, 10.
    Amplifer without 5% is 25% 15, 15, 15, 15, 15
    WIth the 5% is 30% 20% 20% 20% 20% 20% 20%
    So amplifer is netting you an extra 30% total exp per battle and mathematically is actually giving you 100% more exp on the 5 pokemon your trying to train.
    Having read your note about this being pre buff, your math was still wrong as it was a 50% increase in exp gain unless the entire exp formula of the item got changed with the buff.
    The main point is your assumption was based on incorrect math, and its reasonable that a 100% increase in exp gain from using the item is relavent (obviously this is specifically when leveling 5 mons at once.
    It effectively a 100% exp charm that potentially stacks multiplicatively with an actually exp charm. (havent tested this)

    If you are someone who does a lot of breeding for profit like I do, it's super worth to be able to level your munchlax and meowth with everstones so they don't evolve. Also very nice that it doesn't split exp with level 100s and nice to use with training link as well. Might not be worth for everyone but definitely has been worth for me. :D

      Hey im curious about what you said , so let's say im using a lvl 100 earthquake pokemon he's no getting exp while rampfier is active and the exp will be split with the other pokemons in the party right ? let's say im leveling up a munchlax and meowth . lvl 100 earthquake will get 0 and instead of the exp going to void it goes to munchlax and meowth ?

    The item's effect changed in a recent update, your strings are still using the old description. It actually gives 25% base to the battling Pokemon instead of 50% so you get punished a lot less for using a lv100 lead and get a much bigger portion on everything else.

    Actually if you lvl train just 1 or 2 pokemons with the amplifier it will give them more exp than the exp shares gives

    You can also give Pokemon that evolve via happiness a soothe bell so they evolve sooner

    Does the EXP reamplifier help if you have level 100 in your party or does it still waste XP like XP shares.

    Exp amplifier is very good for egg hunting riolu . All riolu can hold soothe bell and then evolve to lucario gaining experience instead of investing in berries.

    Now this item says it gives only 25%, no longer 50 :( That make this item more pointless im guessing

    • @patrouski
      @patrouski  9 месяцев назад +1

      Its actually a buff thankfully! Made it much better! Allocating more XP to the pokemon you generally want them to go to VS the lead pokemon to kill the hordes.

      @@patrouski Oh really, thanks for the info. I do feel what will make this a thousand times better is if it learns exp isn't needed for some mons and then splits with the ones that need it, so if you are leveling one pokemon, this item will give 100% of the exp to that one pokemon that actually needs exp ^^

    Hey guys and ty patrouski for this video! imo this item is a very nice investment for people who enjoy spending their time like me, breeding and xping for resell.
    I’ve been using the Exp Reamplifier since a few weeks and I’m very happy with it.
    The first main benefit, as pointed in the video, is to be able to put everstones on Meowth, Chansey, etc. while training them.
    The second HUGE benefit is the XP split in the party becoming 25/75 instead of 50/50. That way, you are not wasting 25% of XP on your front line lvl 100.
    Using this, I plan to keep breeding and training pokemons for resell, by having always 3 pokemons in my party : a horde killer lvl 100 and two pokemons being trained, including a catcher like Breloom, Parasect with HA, or even just a Meowth with False Swipe (in case of shiny enc)
    The extra +5% is just a little bonus which doesn’t change much, but on the long run it’s still nice to have.

      Post-Comment : I‘ve just read the pinned comment and obviously my math is not accurate, but still, I think this item is great :D with Charms or Lucky Eggs, the Exp in Mt Silver is just so big

  • @MikePSU
    @MikePSU Год назад

    It also doesn't allocate exp to Pokemon that are level 100 which is huge if you're leveling something up. It's much quicker than exp shares

      was changed to this with the buff

    • @patrouski
      @patrouski  Год назад +1

      From my understanding the change made it so 25% went to active pokemon and 75% went to the rest of the party, but i dont think there is a way to get 100% of the xp to the party if the poke is level 100, i believe the xp is still wasted, but i can double check later and could 100% be incorrect, thanks for the double checking@@chief98809

    • @chief98809
      @chief98809 Год назад +2

      @@patrouski you are right it is 25-75, xp is technically wasted but the bonus xp makes up for it. Tested 5 xp shares vs re amp and the re amp was giving me more than double what the xp shares were giving
