    I’ve been watching this channel for a while and I finally got my cool car. 2015 F10 BMW 528i. I have always complained about these luxury cars with 4 cylinders, but now I ended up loving mine because of how little gas it uses

      @MeynMotorGroup  Год назад +1

      Massive congrats I've always liked the F10 5 series and certainly nothing wrong with the 4 cylinder mainly because it's super smooth and quick so you don't feel like you're missing much. Plus the great fuel economy you mentioned is icing on top

      @@MeynMotorGroup so the one I have is the very previous generation to this one, and this one here is the final year of the 2017-2023 gen. Now of course this is BETTER, that’s a given, but honestly screen and interior wise its not THAT much of a revolution to the F10. So although the F10 is a 12 year old model year, and my specific one is 8 years old, it doesn’t feel that old to me.

    Couldn’t agree more. Great car to buzz around in everyday, real world traffic. The B48 is more than adequate in terms of power and reliability. Look around for lease returns with a cpo warranty and there are deals to had as sedan demand is low.

    My old man has a 2020 530i M Sport. Things that suck about it: steering feel, run flat tyres, no LSD, doesn't have the inline six sound and importantly its potential to last 250K miles with just servicing. Good things about the car are all noted. You'd only need AWD in places where it snows in winter.

    • @paulbugoni2846
      @paulbugoni2846 Год назад

      The B series of engines appear to be reliable but agree you aren’t getting Lexus durability with any European brand. Change out the runflats and the ride and road noise are improved. Dedicated snow tires remove the need for awd. Had a rwd E90 never had a problem in NY winters.

    Buy it before they destroy the upcoming 5 Series with iDrive 8!! I really like the 5-Series -- I've driven a few. The adaptive suspension is amazing -- the regular suspension is OK -- but not with the larger wheels -- gets crashy over certain types of bumps or pavement breaks. The 20-way seats are absolutely incredible -- have never sat in the regular seats though.

      Yea if you hate idrive 8, this is the 5 series to get. I mainly hate the way the new 5 series looks, it looks like a 2 series from the front and a Honda accord from the back 😅 I feel like it lost that RWD swagger

    Nice review. Have you ever had a chance to compare 2021-23 530i with the M-sport package to the same year 530i without the M-sport package? I wonder if the addition of M-sport package makes the suspension way too stiff, or is the suspension still smooth and comfortable even with the M-sport?

      BMW leases are best right now for those who already have a BMW in the household and can qualify for loyalty. Since I personally don’t own a BMW I won’t qualify for those discounts so I wouldn’t get one. There’s not many discounts on the ES 300h so I would rather just get the regular ES 350 Luxury model or F Sport.
      3 sedans I would personally consider leasing today is the Acura Integra 6 speed, Lexus IS 350 F Sport, and Alfa Gulia

      @@MeynMotorGroup How is the noise comfort ES vs. 5 Series?

    • @MeynMotorGroup
      @MeynMotorGroup  Год назад +1

      @@dukesim6088 If you get the noise reducing wheels on the ES along with the luxury/ultra luxury trim that has the double paned glass, I think the ES at that point may edge out the 5 series in quietness. Both ride good, ES might be a tad softer as well

    I think that BMW have great cars, packages and XP. But new generations have that 4 cylinders 2.0L engines that are have a same power like 6 cylinders 3.0L 5-8 years ago. small block and that power comes with problems. Engine is on max preasure and load. small milage OK but after 100k problems are an integral part of everyday life.

    • @MeynMotorGroup

      Sure and to avoid this minutia of modern day vehicles, this is why I just leasehack new cars and dump them when the warranty runs out

    Boring car. I have it as a loaner Until my 18 750 gets out. I figured the 23 should of had a big revamp of the cockpit and interior etc. As far as I can tell and I am not being biased at all the 2018 750 easily outclass and beats this. Way more fun to drive due to the v8. The sound system is far more superior, etc. one thing that this beats the 750 on is seats easily. The comfort even without air suspension is damn near on par with the 750 which is bonkers. It does pack a punch with speed. No its no v8 but I does pick it up for what it is. The angel eyes are gorgeous and just the front face and back end is gorgeous, way better looking than the alligator face of the 750. The trunk outsizes the bmw 750. Other than that the 2018 bmw 750 beats it in any other aspect. Oh and of course screen is bigger and brighter but not by much. They should of kept this exact body without killing it off, and redo the interior. Since the new generations of 7s are out they should of jam packed every single thing the old 7 has to start killing that gen off and building this one. Everything the old 7 minus air suspensions. Input gestor controls with idrive 8. These things would go like hot cakes.
