    Barefoot ice princess, I so enjoy your videos and I am trying to toughen my feet and condition them to cold so I can enjoy barefoot if year around. The soles of your feet are beautiful. How do you toughen them and keep them so beautiful?

      Thank you so much! My barefoot journey has not been that long, only a couple of years. But daily practice on different terrains in all weathers will get you there. Start slowly and progress gradually, do not push too hard too quickly. Enjoy the journey ❤

    I'm rather afraid of having a heart attack to go into cold water. Looks nice though.

      Thank you, I understand, I was afraid of it also when I started. Went into the cold water only ankle deep. And then slowly went deeper for longer. All depends on the motive. Why do you need this? I wanted to be healthy, without chronic pain and daily medication. I am now living pain and pill-free life and wishing you the same ❤

      I'm very lucky as I don't have chronic health issues, but this year progressed to barefoot walking as a route to wellbeing, fitness and a healthy weight. I would like to try cold water immersion ( I don't swim well) but I'm not confident my cardio-vascular system would take it ! @@barefooticeprincess
