    Thank you for this informative video. My father passed away last year and left no will and his property in his name alone. I helped my mother start the probate process. When is the proper time to transfer the deed to her name? After the notice to the creditors time has passed, or as soon as she has been named Personal Representative

    Great information. Can we deed transfer to a family trust? Is it the same paperwork involved as transferring to a family member?

    Hello
    My parents died without a willing, my brother took care of upkeep of the home. And lives in home. We have other siblings no desire for the home. We are told that quick claim would be something that we should do. What do you think I live in Michigan…. we need help if you can help us in doing this. We would be greatly appreciative. Thank you.

    what do you do when the person is deceased and had no will and no living family as far as probate court has found ?? Even the obituary says "survived by friends" ONLY. Theres literally no living family of the property owner. Is there a way to acquire the property avoiding probate?? if not, how do I do it through probate?

      Not necessarily. It depends on where you live, the intestate laws, and how the state/county allows property transfers.

    Hello I am in NC and need help with transferring land. My aunt passed away he son has been paying taxes on the land for 20 years he passed away 7 months ago his two daughters and son don't want the responsibility of dealing with the land. My aunt's husband kids want to take ownership but haven't paid a dime on taxes. From what I see online my aunt had a warranty deed done and her husband was the grantee so that would mean he signed it over to her only correct? But now no one is willing to pay taxes how I can pay the taxes but secure the property where I don't lose my money and how can I gain ownership with paying the taxes every year.

    We’re taking care of my mother in her reverse mortgage home. Can we continue reverse mortgage if we have a Todd in place.

    • @EnterpriseEsquire
      @EnterpriseEsquire  Год назад

      I hope you mean a TODI - a Transfer on Death Instrument. The lender controls the situation. If you keep paying the mortgage on time, perhaps you won't hit their radar. When they find out she has passed they may require you to sell or refinance the loan into your name. It all depends on the lender.

    if someone bought in 2021, a home and does not change the deed to a Quit Claim Deed, do they get found out?
    I know of someone that is not changing the deed of the original owner is now deceased 12/2022, but he is not changing the deed to gain his benefits in property tax. I was going to report this fraud, but they cannot guaranteed me anonymous. I am afraid of him and don't want him to come after me.

    My questionyes my mother and aunt has a house and their name is on a deeds. My mom passed away but before she passed away. My aunt signed her name off the deeds, saying she didn't want nothing to do with the house. Because she took another house that was pass down to her. My mom hired a lawyer to remove my aunt off the deeds but my mother didn't know that she had to take the original copy down to the court house. She had the deeds put up in her room My aunt found the paperwork and took it. Now my mom has passed and I'm fighting to Sue my aunt, I have her on camera taking stuff and paper work even called the police on her because she would wait to i leave my home and go into home while my mom was in a hospital.
    My aunt signed documents to a lawyer in front of a couple of witnesses stating she no longer has anything to do with the home. But now since my mother passed she trying to sell it.
